I usually have a good experience here but not today. Our server was very kind. Our food was not good at all. We ordered the chicken and mushrooms and an old fashioned slider. The chicken plate was absolutely tasteless. The frozen broccoli was still col in places and had none of the garlic Parmesan seasoning on it. You couldn't add enough salt to make it good.... we had to put ranch on it just to get a flavor. The bun on the slider was old and stale. Pretty bummed. Our server said she notified the manager ( I believe she did), but the manager never came to the table. She should've discounted something in my opinion or maybe a free dessert. But no. I ordered the chicken and mushrooms with double parmesan broccoli because it was so good when I got it at my last visit. Today it was a waste of money and I only ate half of it. Everything on the plate was severely under seasoned, the broccoli was the same thing you get in a steamer bag at the grocery store, no parmesan and some of it was still cold. Went to the downtown location and really enjoyed the blue cheese burger. Took my family to this location and it sucks, sadly. Everything was dry, stale, toppings were too sweet and greasy. Door dashed a Frenchman burger that was supposed to have French onion dip and fried onion, while it has a minuscule amount of both, it's definitely not adequate and it's a poorly made 12 dollar burger. Annoys me cus I spent 13 dollars on what amounts to a poorly made McDonald's burger. Every time I see an S&Bs I want to stop and try it out. Finally, after years, we went. It was awesome! The decor was super cool. Band posters and vinyls on the wall like Jimi Hendrix and Jim Morrison. They also had classic music videos playing on the TVs. Our waitress was nice, stayed on top of our drinks, and the food came out quick and just as ordered. My wife and I got the 2 for $25. I would recommend it, especially for your first time. You get to choose between 4 sandwiches, an appetizer, and fries. The chips & dip we got were freshly made! I was very impressed. I ordered the Avocado Ranch Turkey Burger. It had the perfect amount of avocado on it and I loved it! The fries were the extra crispy kind...You know the ones. My wife got the Cluck Norris and she was instantly in love. The best part was the candied bacon on it. My son had low expectations on the Mac and Cheese he saw a pic of on Yelp, but he liked it so much that he dipped his fries in the remaining cheese on his plate. He specifically told me to make sure I give this place 5 out of 5. We were seriously so happy with our experience, that we plan on coming back next week. read more

LOL I don't go as often as I should but when I'm craving a juicy and greasy burger, I'm craving a damn good burger lol So we ordered the Frenchman and my fiancée ordered the Columbian. Both burgers were so juicy it's making me so hungry just typing about it haha. For the Frenchman, I had my waitress add jalepenos and a fried egg. This add an extra touching flavor on top! Amazingly delicious. My man just had his how it is. And guess who's burger was better. Mine of course! For sides, we ordered the mix 50/50 Fries. It includes half sweet potato and regular fries. It went so well w our burgers because it was crispy GOOD! The pictures I show just gives you the full regular sides of the fries. Because my order was incorrectly, they went ahead and gave me both. The burgers were awesome and the tots were crunchy. The variety they offer for a burger was huge. I was so happy they offered sliders in the burger choices with the same variety. I can't eat a lot in a sitting and always hate to waste food.I got the garlic dipping sauce and wouldn't get it again. These burgers are awesome! I usually order the porker which is a bacon cheeseburger. The quality is top notch. Their fries are great too. You can get regular and wet potato fries. You can also get several different kinds of specialty fries. The slayer fries are pretty good usually- kind of like a garlic Parmesan seasoning on there which is typically good but occasionally can be a little greasy. Ordered the queso for appetizer and was told it was amazing. In oklahoma, when you say amazing queso it better be top notch because we do have places with amazing queso. Well this place doesn't have amazing queso. It was actually bland and had plain hamburger pieces in it. Would not recommend. We also ordered the cheeaborger and thunder fries which were recommended. The cheeseburger was fair would rate it well under a What A Burger and far below The Garage or Tuckers. The fries were just nasty. Never seen plain fries with cheese and deli meat on top. Pretty good burger joint I like the fact that you can get a "slider" that is just a bit smaller than the regular burgers. I got the mushroom Swiss burger (it has a different name but I can't remember it) and it was juicy and tasty. Tots were cooked perfectly. Went here 2 Aug 18, after my appointment since I was in the local area.. I had S&B at another location a couple years back, and didn't care for it too much! I figured I'll give it another shot.. I got 3 Turkey patty sliders, fries, and sweet tea Burgers I got were: - The Fatty - The Old fashioned - The Okie I wasn't impressed at all! It was no better than BK, or McDonald's if you ask me.. The only difference is this place offers more variety on the menu, and they serve alcohol.. The bread was like it just came out the burger bag, with no "warmth" or toasted action to it.. I randomly picked up lunch for my boyfriend while he was at work and this was the nearest thing. They have specials everyday of the week, which I ordered the Wednesday's special. It consists of a slider w/ fries & a drink for $8 so I ordered two of those for to go. I didn't eat inside or even take a moment to just take in the atmosphere with that being said that whole meal was just pure deliciousness to me. It was cheap but not cheap like McDonald's burgers, the fries were perfect and I will just say I was extremely satisfied. If I were ever in OKC again I'd make it an effort to come back! Came here while nearby. Very spacious with generous amount of seating, has horseshoe bar with friendly staff and reasonable prices on the menu. Wife had the Big Fire burger, it's jalapeño not green chili as advertised. I have the old fashion deluxe and we shared a basket of fries. This establishment offers 25% to military and 10% for spouse, which we appreciate it. Burgers were cooked well, bread was soft. As I was coming back from Chickasha, I figured it would be great to have a $5 burger from S&B. I contemplated calling it in, but ended up showing up without calling. It was 6:18 pm according to the truck clock. I walk in and decide to get a to-go order, since I don't feel like I should be tipping for a to-go order. Well I had to order at the bar, so automatically I feel obligated to leave something. I got the Columbian burger (it has avocado, do I need to say more?). The pregnant bartender Meg greeted me but said she will be right back. A couple of minutes later after taking care of 2-3 other people comes back to me... I was surprised she remembered I was still standing there waiting. I place my order for the $5 special, without fries etc. She did get me a water while I waited. This was the longest I have ever waited for a to-go order as I think I witnessed my fingernails grow. My total was $5.42, so I left 58c to total it to $6. Don't judge me.. that is over 10% to take a to-go order. She even took the signed slip before I received my order. I finally see this guy come out and place the my meal behind the bar. Meg, the preggo bartender sees it but continues to jibber jabber with a friend who brought her some baby shower clothes. Yes they were cute t-shirts and shorts, but I digress. She then talks to one of the other workers before finally bringing the food to me. She hands it over without making eye contact and wishes me a good evening. Maybe the 58c was not sufficient? Its over 10 %!!! As I drive away I take a bite out of the burger and it is luke warm at best. I understand it is not scolding hot, but its not winter where the temperature should have an impact. It is now 7:00pm on the clock, so being generous, I would say it took 30-35min to get the burger. The place was not busy when I entered, in case you were wondering. Once I got home and started to take more bites in the light and make sure I got the avocado with each bite, I was shocked to see my medium burger look pretty rare. I can understand medium rare, but this was pretty rare.. and for hamburger meat? I had to take a food handlers safety back in the day and this is unacceptable for rare ground hamburger meat. I was thoroughly disgusted and felt a little sick. I am sure it was psycological. I waited for a while so it is not rush hour and called back after 9pm to talk to a manager. Ironically enough Meg answered and I asked to speak with a manager. I explained my horrible experience and at 1st I thought she didn't care, but it turns out the manager (Demetra Smith) was very apologetic and said that if I came back in today, my meal will be on the house. She also asked for my mailing address to send me a gift card as a token of her apology and wants to make sure I come in and she can apologize face to face. It has been 3 days and I didn't get my gift card as promised. Maybe I am impatient or maybe it is more lip service than action? Other locations have never had this issue in my opinion. read more

I went to S&B for the first time today because they were doing free meals for essential employees who have to work during this pandemic. I must say that they're burger was delicious. They charboil they're meerkat just like Burger King. Their fries also seem to be deep fried as well because they taste extra crispy without being burnt; and even though it was a free meal, they were still very quick to get my order out. This location was leaps and bounds above any other. Norman, Quail, and Mustang have nothing on this location. I had the Theta slider, and it was cooked perfectly. My Bloody Mary was made with the pickle juice infused vodka, also excellent. What did they do to the French fries?! Oh my god, they were hot, crispy, and perfectly seasoned. I haven't had French fries that good in awhile. The service was great and the layout of this location is very fun and welcoming. My husband and I love coming here! Service is always fast and friendly even if they drop your food. they take care of you from the moment you walk to the moment you leave!! This is by far my all time favorite burger joint in the metro. I always build my own burger but the Thunder burger is awesome too!!! Plus we love watching the music videos. Had their tacos on taco Thursdays!! They're just as good as the burgers!!!!! Plus we took my sister here for dinner and she loved it! !! I changed from 4 stars to 5. They do have really good food if you can ever be served. Every time we go we wait what seems like forever but this time we watched the minutes and watched several servers pass us by several times and after 20 mins I spoke to to host and let him know what was going on, he found someone only to find out that we weren't her table then I asked to speak to a manager. After speaking to her and telling her what was going on she asked what could be done and I said nothing at this point because this happens every time we come in and this time will be the last. If you don't mind waiting an hour or two to be waited on feel free to visit but as for us we will never return which is sad because we love the food. read more

A bit underwhelmed with the food and value, but the service was excellent and it has a nice atmosphere. I got the black and bleu burger (out of a variety of great sounding burger choices). They didn't ask me how I wanted it cooked, so perhaps that has changed since prior reviewers mentioned them not getting that right. It was a bit heavy on the bleu cheese but otherwise tasted good. Not great, but good. It was about 9 bucks for the burger, and a side of plain fries (which were also good) was 2$. The serving staff was very attentive and kept my drink topped off regularly. They have quite the assortment of options, and their speciality fries look wild. That said, I wasn't so impressed that I would choose going here again over some other staples I've discovered in the city. Not a bad choice, just not the best. read more
