Love the theme of this restaurant! The dining room was very spacious with various sized tables and heights. The ordering and dining areas were clean and organized. Ordering was a little confusing for my first time. The ordering and payment stations are in two locations with one menu on the back wall. There's a topping station but I was already passed it by the registers and people were behind me, so in my unsureness I just ordered my sandwich as is. It was like that scene in Talledega Nights when he asks " I'm not sure what do with my hands..?" Just an experience of complete unfamiliarity, but the workers were patient and kind. I ordered the chicken salad and on the menu it says with provolone but now that I'm writing this I don't think I got the cheese with it. Maybe that had to be added in the topping station that I chose to bypass. But otherwise I got the mini size sandwich that was about 6 inches long on whole grain bread. The bread was toasted and really tasty, the chicken salad was good. I would order something different next time. I added baked chips for my side they also had voodoo chip options and there are also soups and salad options . The staff just doesn't seem happy. Today the drive thru lady got mad at us for wanting her to scan my phone so I could get my perks.. She basically threw the drinks in my boyfriends hands so fast, he almost dropped them. We didn't get straws. My boyfriend got the Italian and it just had way to much oil, the bread was soaky before he could even eat the whole thing. We got BIG sandwiches. This used to be my favorite restaurant in Moore. My first time here and I was not impressed. The place looked clean, but there were no other customers. I LOVE a good sandwich. The ingredients should be good and plentiful, but the bread should be amazing. They only offer white or multigrain bread. I wanted a Cuban sandwich, but it really needs ciabatta bread to be a true Cuban, so I settled for a Meatball on white. I ordered the meatball sandwich and requested they add onions & extra sauce. The service started off ok, but went downhill really fast. The girl that took my order was pleasant enough. I asked her for the extra sauce & onion on my MBS. The I got to the cashier and was treated like I was interrupting her day. I asked if they put the extra sauce on and she confirmed they did. I did get a couple of very thin onion slices, but I did not get extra sauce or any of the regular items that come on the sandwich, such as cheese. Being the only customer, these extra requests should not have been a problem. First off love the location in Moore, OK. Wish they were in Norman though. My spouse and I enjoy the food there, especially those Mini Sandwiches and the one with turkey and cucumber and avocado so good our favorite. We love the perks from the rewards club as well. The location is always clean, and calm, and plenty of free parking in the parking lot, which we always pick the best times to go never crowded for us. The staff are nice, and very accommodating, and the ingredients our fresh, and they don't just throw your sandwich all together all messy it's nice and they don't slather too much mayo or mustard or anything like that, they always do it perfectly for us. This prices are decent as well, which is important in today climate over here. Taxes in Oklahoma way too high though. When you walk in it smells good, and you get greeted which is nice, and something I pay attention to especially because I write a lot of my reviews on Google Maps. I some reviews have millions of views so I pride myself on doing quality reviews with details, and not just saying I like it, or it was good, so basic those types of responses, and really doesn't help me in my decision to try a place for the first time or not. Tried it for the first time - not many people, but there isn't a ton of seating. Pretty cozy with good decorations. The employees are great - kind, helpful, straightforward, and time effective. It really seems like some of the managers don't give a shit. I always pay the $2.50 for an extra slice of bacon, and only about 1/3 of the time does it get added. Today I noticed there was an extra 1/2 slice on one sandwich, and not the other. When I showed it to the little girl manager, she wasn't even bothered to count the bacon and just insisted I was lying because she "saw to it herself". Then she just walked off. Several minutes later a guy came back with another 1/2 slice of bacon, again insisting I was lying without even looking at what they made. If someone could've shown me where I miscounted 2 instead of 3 I would've gladly apologized for my mistake, but I didn't even have the opportunity to point out the lettuce that the ticket clearly said to leave off. It doesn't matter how nice I am about or thank them for helping or always leave a tip...some of these managers really should consider a non-people-facing career. read more

I've been toying with the idea of coming here since I first saw this place several month ago. I wasn't sure what kind of place it was. Sometimes even Yelp reviews don't always catch the nuances of a place. The parking area is large, very clean. Ok, so it's a sandwich shop. I had the original Italian on multigrain and a cup of Tomato soup. I noticed the chips were Zapp's - nice choice, Pot Belly. They had fountain drinks and a VERY nice assortment of bottled beverages, including my favorite, San Pellegrino. I'm not sure what the name has to do with sandwiches. I think of a pot bellied stove as being a heat source for cabin. I just can't make the connection to this place. But, no matter. The sandwich was good and the staff were friendly. I always order on the app and swing by here since I'm a huge potbelly fan and ever since COVID hit the OKC locations have closed. The app is not only super convenient but it also allows you to see any family meal deals etc they have. Keep in mind I tried to order a fountain drink off the app and it wouldn't allow me to do so however i could order them at the drive thru. Their bread is fresh, deli meat is perfectly sliced and filling. This place definitely gives off a fresh sandwich taste rather than full of preservatives like other popular sandwich spots tend to. Their pickles here are delicious! Get them on your sandwich i promise they're great they're actually so popular here you can even buy pickles by the whole here. They are well known for their milkshakes although i have never tried them i have had their oatmeal chocolate chip cookies and they are a piece of heaven! Always so fresh. Everything here has always been great and the employees are super friendly. Walked in here on a whim this afternoon for lunch. Had a guy jamming on his acoustic guitar belting out some tunes. Thought it was pretty rad to have live music on a Wednesday afternoon. The store's ambience is warm and inviting, but there's not a lot of seating. As I studied the menu I was greeted and asked if I had any questions. Of course I did. I wish they had the lengths of the sandwiches labeled instead of just "regular" and "giant". Those are fairly ambiguous terms. I decided on the giant "A Wreck". There are a bevy of additional items you can add to your sandwich. Bacon should be a default on this thing. I also added mayo, spicy mustard, and the usual cold veggies. The one thing I should've added to my sandwich was their hot peppers. Those were awesome and not too hot. All in all my meal was $10.50 for a giant sandwich and a large drink. Absolutely no flavor in anything. Had to add pepper and salt just to help it out, and that didn't help much!! I also had them season my sandwich too! Got more flavor from my bottled cream soda. Not to mention they drown your food in mayo which also has no flavor! I understand they just opened, but that's no reason to skip out on the flavors. A sandwich and soup place needs flavor!!! And it was so messy due to the over piled amount of mayo they piled on top of it. It's sad when you burp and all you taste is lettuce.
