    Bahama Mama smoothie
    JoAnna F.

I for the Bahama Mama ( I hope I remember that correctly) lol. I had spinach added to my smoothie and oh my gosh... it was delicious! My forgot what my son ordered, but he also loved his. I ordered the avocado grilled cheese, it was pretty good. I just wish that it had a little more cheese or the paste because it was a bit dry. The staff were okay, they didn't make it feel welcoming, but they weren't rude either. It just felt like I went into a fast food restaurants. Ordered, money exchanged, and food was handed. I just wish that there was better customer service, we are paying a good amount for what we get.

Ordered the Thai Chicken Wrap with the kale apple salad. The wrap itself was nothing spectacular. I felt like it needed more texture and more peanut sauce. What sauce on it was slightly spicy which was a pleasant surprise. The kale apple salad by smell makes you anticipate it being on the sour side, but don't be fooled, it has very little flavor. The apples are very few and the kale was limp. Skip this entire order if you're looking for flavor.

Missing my daily protein smoothie, so we tried this place. Nice, clean atmosphere. Good people to take your order at counter. Here's the negative.... the cup was large as you can see from the photo, BUT the flavor was just not there. Peanut butter banana.... it was mostly ice, not banana and vanilla protein powder and peanut butter. Very MEH. It was $6 something too... definitely not worth the price. Will not be going back here.

Peanut butter crunch flatbread has never looked like this..

Never had any issues with tropical smoothie but i'm guessing they were in a bit of a rush tonight or would rather work without care in general. Pretty displeased with my entire order. Smoothie is garbage

I entered my order into the app, but didn't yet pay. I simply went in after ordering on the app to ask for assistance in paying for it and told him I had the BOGO I wanted to use. I told him I had entered my order but the BOGO said apply at checkout, so I was asking how to pay and use the BOGO because the total was still for both sandwiches. He took my phone and said you need to add your payment info and it would give him a bar code that he would scan. I did as he instructed and it charged me for both sandwiches never showing a barcode I then asked for my money back and was told he couldn't do that, but I could still use the coupon again for two more days. I said this isn't right and he began to blame me for saying it was my fault because I already punched the order I which I initially showed him my phone and told him that. He got loud telling me it wasn't his fault and I told him it was because if his instructions. Seems very odd that he couldn't have canceled. This whole order had decent customer service and retake the order using the Bogo and also paying at the counter.. we both got loud. My wife was sitting at the table listening and when I walked over to table he then told me to get out and as I turned my sandwich bag hit my water courtesy cup that was in the table and it spilled on the floor and I told him sorry and we left. He literally followed us out of the store acting like he was calling someone. I wrote to Potbelly that I'd be sharing this experience online and on Yelp and you really should have some discussion with your employees about how they treat people (he said he was the assistant manager to boot). I have pictures of the receipt but just see the number 4024 and my name. I also have a picture if your BOGO which is why I went the to begin with. If your company is incapable of doing such a credit reversal and getting an order right it's a poor way of doing business. Will never step foot in that Potbelly's again to be treated with such disrespect.

For food we ordered the chocolate chip banana loaf- it was under cooked very doughy in the middle. We also ordered avocado toast, which was very good, and my husband got the bacon, egg and cheese wrap/ sandwich and he said it was ok. They had plenty of seating options which was great for the crowds of people there, and we had a good time with our coffee.

We ate outside on the deck. Started with cup shrimp etoufee - scoop of piping hot white rice covered with a nice New Orleans sauce. Shrimp were plentiful and tender. I could have eaten a pail of it. Maybe some other day. We wanted to try a couple of sandwiches knowing that we would taking some leftovers home for dinner.. Started with the shrimp poor boy - the small one, cut in half. It was loaded with lightly battered shrimp, lettuce and tomato on a superb crusty bun. Sandwich looked good and tasted even better. It wasn't inexpensive but it had great value for the money. We also tried the mufalata sandwich. Again, the small one. It was a monster. Cut in 4, it still was huge. Seasoned ham sliced super thin with cheese on a fantastic crusty roll. There might have been a couple of other meats on the sandwich. It was too good to dissect for details. The olive dressing was excellent, I would have liked more of it on the sandwich. This sandwich was again very pricey, but had good value. Our food was brought to us by a friendly young man who was very good at sharing the details of the menu. Sadly, we didn't try the beignets.. Super dooper highly recommend without any reservations. Would eat there weekly if we lived in the area. Need to try the gumbo and jambalaya.

It was good with plenty of quality ham and olive tapenade. It was solid but not the same. Next time I think I'll give one of the Po-boys sandwiches a try.

Well, we ordered a Meatball pie ( pizza), 3 garlic knots, and a Chicken Parm Sub, to go. We picked up our order and took it back to the hotel ( 5 minute drive). We first tried the pizza: the crust was excellent and definitely New York Style! I was disappointed there were barely any meatballs on the pizza and they were ground meatballs ( which is fine) and we got like 2-3 little ground meatballs per slice the size of a quarter. I was also disappointed that the sauce was surprisingly light. Next, we tried the garlic knots: I was so excited, because they had exactly what you would want to see in a garlic knots: seasoning and lots of minced garlic and butter! However, they were doughy and undercooked, I was so disappointed. Flavor was there, though. Last, we tried the Chicken Parm Sub: their bread tasted homemade ( my grandma would say the bread was "phenomenal"!)! Now, the star of the show should have been the chicken cutlet- unfortunately it wasn't. It didn't have the crispy panko bread crumb coating or the thin juicy and crispiness like back home in NY. It looked like it was frozen or deep fried in a batter or bread crumb and covered in Parmesan cheese- there wasn't any provolone or sliced mozzarella on it. The sauce provided on the side was very watery, so I was disappointed. I was going and rooting for 5 stars, because that's how it was in Tennessee, so I may have to come back next trip and try it again!
