If I could give it zero stars, I would! We keep trying to give it another chance, but they painfully keep letting us down! The staff keeps getting worse and worse! The quality of the smoothies is icy and flavorless! The food is never cooked and constantly cold! The personalities are worthless and you can tell they hate their job! Told it would take 11 minutes to be ready but took over an hour! And this is only our most recent experience! And every previous trip is similarly horrible! Maybe we will finally learn our lesson! I've never had issues with this branch until this past time I went. I've received the worst customer service tonight. I drove sooooo far to redeem my very much valid coupons for my husband and I. I was only allowed to scan to coupon once and it goes away on my app. When the cashier said to scan it, I scanned it. Then they messed up the order and asked me to scan it again. However I cannot scan my coupon again. They saw my coupons and saw they worked, but they refused to make my smoothie because of previous managers direction. I tried to reason with the cashiers, and all I get is I'm sorry please come back tomorrow when my manager is here or contact corporate. Like NO MAAM this is a mess up on your end, why do I need to come back tomorrow or contact the corporate. No one has time for that. Then the cashier then tried to tell me my coupon expired that's why. I just showed the other cashier before that it has 9 days until it expires. It was just so rude. Whatever, they lost that first one. Then I proceed to use my husbands coupon on his account. They realized the coupon didn't expire and still worked. They scanned it AND THEN had to change my order because instead of putting my husbands order, they put in my first order. They tried to change it in the system and lost my second coupon. One min ago I just explained to them they lost my first coupon because of the messed up on their part. And the same thing just happened to my husbands coupon. I was livid. The lady who helped me, Iyana, refused to make my drinks. I explained to her, you just saw two coupons that worked, and you guys lost them because you selected the wrong smoothie. WHY can't you make them ? Mistakes are on your part, she just kept saying there's nothing she can do. I finally asked her to call her manager, to eventually get my smoothies. I have been going here since it opened and the service and quality are inconsistent. The good: When they are on, the smoothies are great! I especially love the Detox Island Green. I use the app, its easy and you earn rewards. Morning is half price. Use your reusable cup and you reduce waste and save $.50 The rest: The employees appear lazy, yesterday I got there at 8:05 and all the employees were waiting to get in...I figured they would not be ready for another 20 mins at least, so I left. One time they forgot ice in my smoothie. My biggest pet peeve, and its been happening a lot....my reusable cup: I hand it to them..and they still forget to fill it...hand me a Styrofoam cup...3 times now! I bought that cup to use it and reduce waste. Advice to customers....watch them make your smoothie and if you brought a cup...remind remind remind... Advice to owners: TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES. The only issues are lack of knowledge or menu showing what ingredients, what the supplements are actually made of on an ingredient basis, we can see the nutritional info but not what the fat burner is made of, and the prices are a little on the heavy end..would be better to sell for less so we can be more inclined to return frequently. I'd opt for a plant based protein powder vs their pea or whey, the edible straws are just sugar straws, lack of coffee based smoothies, interior space is lacking. This is my favorite smoothie place, started going to it in Florida and I always crave it. I was so excited to see one in PA!! used to always go here before work and my smoothie would be ready in no more than 10 minutes. From December til now I have noticed the staff numbers decrease from 4 or 5to sometimes even 2. One staff member even told me that their boss was in the office and they was left to do smoothies completely by themselves, which is why my wait was around 15 minutes. Now I can only stop in if I have over 10 minutes. Disappointing. They need to get their act together. read more

These guys do a good job, quick healthy food (little over priced). I use their order online app frequently and the food is always ready. I only do lunch so maybe bfast is different but I am pleased wiht their product and service. read more

You can't make this up. I left the first review about this place the other day regarding their service. So this morning I'm driving to work...didn't have breakfast at home, and I pass this place on the way to work, so I figured I would call and order over the phone so it would be ready when I get there, thinking all I'll have to do is go in, pay, and leave, right? No such luck. When I called, I was put on hold. No biggie. So I waited. And waited. And waited some more. Never was picked back up, so I finally hung up after 10 min. Came in here today, and one girl working while the other 3 guys hanging out and chatting in the back; yes today Friday August 6 at 6:47 pm. Anyway, doesn't bother me that much except that they saw a line of people and dod not come for help to the only girl in the front who kept looking and nodding at them like they won't help her. Also, this is a franchise that ccomes from Florida and it's really good and very consistent for years. I've come here for years, in Florida. This store sucks. Wraps are filled with lots of lettuce so that the meat can't be noticed for how little they put in. Shame on management for being sloppy and careless. Never coming back here again. read more

Fresh delicious well priced smoothies that you can custom blend. Even if there is a line the staff is racing to get your order. Perfectly placed near the trails at Oaks so that you can get something post activity. Children's portions and really good sandwiches.
