The brisket was terrible, very dry. The burnt top was not appealing or tasty and contributed to the dryness. It was so dry I couldn't eat it. It was worse than bad burnt ends. The cornbread was terrible. It was hard, thin, and dry, like the baking powder wasn't added. The mac and cheese was cheesy, but didn't have any flavor.
