Tropical smoothie is a regular stop for my girls after dance class, and they have a QR code on the counter asking for reviews, so ok! It bugs me endlessly that they only offer one large expensive size, except for 3 child size flavors. My girls never want those kid flavors, so 2 huge drinks are nearly $20! Ugh! This location is clean, steady drive through business, courteous employees. I am not in there during busy times so I have no idea if quality suffers. I have order through this location maybe 6-7 times since living in the area. The first couple of times there was no problem. Recently in the last year, 2024/2025 service has been extremely slow. One day we ordered via online/app while in school. When we went to pick it up 15/20 min after ordering it was not done at all, and while waiting it still was still being made. It wasn't until my friend had to ask what was going on. 10-15 min after that the order was done. The order was two smoothies, a granola bowl, PB toast and another bowl. Interior is ok. Generally clean. Overall the beverages and food are ok. But, not fantastic. I stick to smoothies here. read more

Usually eat there once a week and it has steadily gone down. I always get a thai wrap and it is used to be packed with lettuce and carrots and the right amount of dressing. Nowadays it may have a few leaves of lettuce and it is so flat and dry. Today I order the basil ginger wrap and that was the last straw. No lettuce or spinach and hardly any dressing. I came into this Tropical Smoothie Cafe with my wife and kids a couple weeks ago and the person that took my order was very professional and she new what she was doing. She had blue hair and a very uplifting spirit. I had ordered the New Seasonal Dragonfruit Smoothie and the smoothie was beyond perfect! This girl seemed like she had been working there forever. I ordered the Hawaiian Breeze and the Signature salad. Both were delicious and a bit on the sweet side. The restaurant was clean and the decorations were pleasing to the eye. This location just changed ownership and it is disgusting. I had a horrible wrap there about a month ago and I asked for a refund. I decided to give them another chance yesterday.....again, a horrible thai chicken wrap,,,, the chicken tasted old and hard, no sauce , small. Tropical Smoothie is a good chain restaurant that can curb your fix for a smoothie on a hot day. If you want to eat out and not eat something too heavy or fattening, this is the place to go. Had better smoothies, but it's pretty good! You can get boosters like most smoothie places, and the sandwich/salad/wrap selections are pretty good! read more

Do NOT eat here. Filthy and the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any TSC. I was so surprised floors and tables were dirty. The place was empty and it slow time of day. This was honestly the worst service I have ever recieved. I came in on a Thursday afternoon with one family ahead of me in line. It took about 10-15 minutes just for them to take my order then about 30 minutes for me to receive my smoothie and flatbread. The man who took my order came out after about 15 minutes of waiting asking me "what did you order again?", went to the back, then about 5 minutes came back to the front of the store & looked at me like he forgot me again then went back to make my food. I was in there for about 40-45 minutes total for one smoothie & one flatbread, causing me to be late for work. I have never experienced such slow & disorganized service in my life. I love the quality customer care and attention to detail that this Tropical Smoothie has. I have been here many times, almost on a routine basis, and the service has never failed to amaze me. When you're a customer here, you get treated like a regular. You're always greeted with a friendly smile and a willingness to give you whatever you wish! While eating here, I have had the workers come and ask me how my meal was, if they could get my trash, and if there was anything else they could get me. It really makes me feel like they care about me and my business. No matter what day or time I come in, I always see at least one employee cleaning the lobby and another cleaning the work stations while the others are taking orders or prepping food, just from this you know that you are in a clean and respectable environment. They employees seem to take care of themselves and their stations as if they owned them. The food here is also top notch! I alreay see them making my smoothie with fresh fruits and blending them to perfection, and if I don't think the smoothie tastes right, they are more than happy to make it the way it should be! This is a very clean, hospitable, and respectable establishment, especially ever since the new management last year.
