I was freezing my tush off in this place! I wish they served hot drinks - I really wanted a smoothie but I just couldn't bring myself to commit to being more cold. The air conditioning was blasting and it was breezy and chilly outside. I have to say, I am a tough customer. I like hot food, I'm allergic to pineapple and I don't eat pork. Only one thing (and a few breakfast items) fit this criteria. I had a pesto chicken flatbread. It was very tasty and came with a choice of sides - I got kale apple coleslaw which was also yummy. I hesitate to give a star rating because I did really enjoy the food I was actually able to eat but I was just disappointed with my choices. On a warm summer day, I would stop in for a smoothie. The decor is cute. It was clean and bright. No one had serious complaints - everyone liked their smoothie and lunch. read more

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This place can't make a sandwich right. Out of all the locations I have ever visited this has to be by far the worst one. Whoever the owner is I would fire the manager because they have no clue how to train employees to do they job. For me to order a sandwich without chicken and add smashed avocado is that simple but yet they ruin the sandwich and don't ever make it the same way twice. I even had them tell me to come in for a free order and I don't even think it would be worth the drive after all the time and money spent trying to give this location a chance. Will never be ordering again and will be contacting corporate to see if there's anything more than speaking to a manager at the location. read more

Worst service I have ever had. Did an online order and arrived a little early. The website says due to covid go through the drive thru for online orders. So I did and this little **** came to the window and says "your order isn't until 806 so you'll have to wait until then for us to make it". Now if this kid wasn't 16 I would have taught him some manners. Worst customer service ever. Another kid comes over and tries to smooth it out and says I'll have it to you as soon as possible. Then tells me to pull up to the sidewalk and they will bring it out. Well needless to say, the **** puts it on a shelf and I have to go in and get it. Never again. read more

The management here is so rude!!! I placed an order through Grubhub and it got canceled and when I called to find out why, the manager told me there was an issue with pricing and they had to cancel the order "What do you want me to do? Close the store for the entire day to fix it?" That is no way to treat a customer. Went through the drive through to get the order and waited 40 minutes for 2 smoothies that were only 75% full in the cups. What a joke. That is the last time I will be there, I was a daily customer and after close to a year of being disappointed (Wrong items, smoothies never full, never getting all that I order, rude staff, most of the people don't even know how to use the TSC app...) Been coming here for a long time and they progressively are getting worse. The customer service is horrible the place is a mess. My food comes out cold on a regular basis while my smoothies are nearly impossible to suck through one of they're paper straws. They seem to always be out of what I want and I now drive 20 minutes to the next nearest location to avoid the terrible service. What a shame read more

I waited in the drive-thru for 18 minutes waiting behind one person who ordered multiple items. I left because my child was getting anxious. This has happened numerous times. I understand things are made fresh to order but over 3-4 items should be made to order online or go inside. We placed our order in the drive through and were advised to proceed to the window after placing our order. We waited at the window for 5 minutes and no one came to the window to acknowledge us, so we left. No smoothies today. Your customer service is typically better than this and you were not busy. We were the only care in the drive-thru and you weren't busy inside either. Please acknowledge your drive through customers and not make them wait. Lost sale for you today. read more

I love tropical Smoothie Cafe BUT for some reason this location can't seem to get it right. The smoothies are either watered down, to thick to drink or just plan wrong! I've gotten a couple of sandwiches as well and they are poorly prepared and cold. I hope they get it together sooner than later. read more
