I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the employee helping me had an unfriendly attitude. I was polite throughout the interaction and simply asked for my smoothie to be made a specific way because that's the only way I enjoy drinking it. Unfortunately, the smoothie was made incorrectly. When I politely asked if it could be remade, I was surprised when the employee refused outright instead of trying to resolve the issue. Good customer service is about finding a solution when a customer is unhappy, and that didn't happen here. To make matters worse, when the smoothies were ready, even though I was standing directly in front of the counter, they were placed on the other side without any effort to hand them to me or acknowledge me. Overall, the service was unprofessional and unwelcoming. Everyone can have a bad day, but customers deserve to be treated with respect. I hope management addresses this because the customer service I experienced was unacceptable. read more

I love tropical smooth when I'm on the road around FL. I like the Flatbreads and of course the smoothies. I was a little Leary when I read the reviews if this locations but I "rolled the dice" cause I wanted a Chia Banana Boost smoothie (the peanut butter vs not strawberry ) and some whey. Of course I ordered the chicken pesto flatbread. Service was fantastic, fast and polite with no issues at all. I ate in so they brought my order to the table while I worked. I was a little disappointed in the lack of chicken and "stuff" in my flatbread. I took a picture as it looked a little light on goods. However, I would come back again. Clean store, fast friendly service, great smoothies. Just need to make sure they add enough goodies to my flatbread. A little more "stuff" and it would be a 5 Star review. read more

I was freezing my tush off in this place! I wish they served hot drinks - I really wanted a smoothie but I just couldn't bring myself to commit to being more cold. The air conditioning was blasting and it was breezy and chilly outside. I have to say, I am a tough customer. I like hot food, I'm allergic to pineapple and I don't eat pork. Only one thing (and a few breakfast items) fit this criteria. I had a pesto chicken flatbread. It was very tasty and came with a choice of sides - I got kale apple coleslaw which was also yummy. I hesitate to give a star rating because I did really enjoy the food I was actually able to eat but I was just disappointed with my choices. On a warm summer day, I would stop in for a smoothie. If I could give ZERO stars I would. This place can't make a sandwich right. Out of all the locations I have ever visited this has to be by far the worst one. Whoever the owner is I would fire the manager because they have no clue how to train employees to do they job. For me to order a sandwich without chicken and add smashed avocado is that simple but yet they ruin the sandwich and don't ever make it the same way twice. I even had them tell me to come in for a free order and I don't even think it would be worth the drive after all the time and money spent trying to give this location a chance. Worst service I have ever had. Did an online order and arrived a little early. The website says due to covid go through the drive thru for online orders. So I did and this little **** came to the window and says "your order isn't until 806 so you'll have to wait until then for us to make it". Now if this kid wasn't 16 I would have taught him some manners. Worst customer service ever. Another kid comes over and tries to smooth it out and says I'll have it to you as soon as possible. I placed an order through Grubhub and it got canceled and when I called to find out why, the manager told me there was an issue with pricing and they had to cancel the order "What do you want me to do? Close the store for the entire day to fix it?" That is no way to treat a customer. Went through the drive through to get the order and waited 40 minutes for 2 smoothies that were only 75% full in the cups. What a joke. My food comes out cold on a regular basis while my smoothies are nearly impossible to suck through one of they're paper straws.
