We were next door grabbing burritos when we spotted this place. We decided to give it a try. They were featuring their new Ohana Breeze Smoothie. It was for the launch of the Lilo & Stitch movie. Being from Hawaii I had to get this. It was a nice shade of turquoise blue. It had orange, mango and pineapple in it. It was naturally sweetened. If you like natural this would be for you. I like my smoothies on the sweeter side and this was not. I would have preferred for them to add some sugar to this. At least I don't have to worry about it giving me diabetes. Still, it was a nice mix and I could taste the tropical blend. The customer service was great. They were really nice. I asked the girl if I could get an extra cup because I wanted to share it with my nephew. She gave me one and I poured some of it in the cup for him. read more

this is probably the best smoothie i ever had!!! it's really clean inside which is always good, the guy who gave me the restroom key was super nice but the girl with the dreads she has a really bad attitude and that part was not pleasant. Horrible experience. I ordered a breakfast and smoothie but the smoothie took longer than the food. The worker took 6 orders after me and gave them their smoothie before mine..... she made 3 in front of me right when the person placed the order and none were mine. Then it told for the inconvenience they were going to refund me. Then Zoey comes out and says she will not be able to give me the refund for the 20 min wait. This was probably one of the WORST customer sevice experiences at an establishment. I'll start by saying that with all this wonderful technology, we continue to fail our young people. By that, I mean common sense and critical thinking skills are being lost. My order. Went in and did a takeout order. One kid's combo meal and an adult smoothie. So what was the problem? The kid's meal is a wrap, a side and a 12oz smoothie for $6.59 (total before tax). So, how is it that first the young lady rang it up at $11.?? then, kept keying it in for a total of $10.58. I explained that the cost is supposed to be $6.58(9) per the board. She then had a young blond guy come over and ring it in. He did the same, then I explained...multiple times that is a combo meal and $6.58 does NOT become $10.58. They were scratching their heads. They finally rang it in as $4.59 for the wrap and $3.29 for the smoothie... you guessed it... STILL WRONG! Now it's down to $7.88 and still wrong. I tell them BOTH this and the guys answer is, "that's what it rings up as." He's dismissive as all get out and walks away leaving the young lady to deal with it. I just wanted to get my stuff and leave. (I could tell by her uncomfortable look that she was not pleased with him, neither was I.) Also had the watermelon mojito. It was delicious. They rang that it right. Add to it that there were 7... SEVEN people working at 3:30p and the place was an absolute disaster. The pictures simply don't show the magnitude of filth. The floor was disgusting, papers and stickiness, the tables weren't clean, the bathroom... ugh! (Didn't go to the bathrooms until after getting food) In the end, I won't be going back there anytime soon. The lack of cleanliness, the one dismissive staff member (shift supervisor?), inaccurate billing after repeatedly telling them it was wrong, really turned me off. read more

Went with friends to grab lunch and ended in disappointment. I wasn't greeted by the lady standing at the register and she was on her phone. It took a minute before she said anything. It took a long to get my order. My order was made incorrectly the first time and with items I didn't ask for. When I got home and open my order, I had half a salad when it should have been full and items were missing in my salad. I don't live close to that location, so it's wasn't convenient for me to go back. I didn't enjoy my smoothie either, it tasted like something was missing. Needless to say I was very unhappy. This was the first time I've been to tropical smoothie cafe and was very disappointed. I won't be back to this location. read more

First time coming here. I thought it was super convenient coming here since these locations are hard to find. This place is busy, so expect a long wait during afternoon hours. Staff here is friendly and helpful but they tend to run out of ingredients quite quickly. Easy parking and even easy access to the streets as well. Wouldn't mind coming back here. read more

I visited Tropical Smoothie Cafe for the first time and the smoothie isn't bad. For the price and size I think its a good deal. I just want to say Thank you to this location because I visited the store, and about 15 minutes later I realized I didn't have my debit card. I retraced my steps and went in to ask if anyone left a card. The young man who was at the register said "yes let me get it for you." I was relived to find it, and even more thankful that he locked it in the safe for me. Thank You!! read more

We stayed at a local hotel for 2 nights. Tropical Smoothie was easy to get to, the food was so fresh, the staff was friendly, and the app makes it so easy to order. We ordered 3 times...all three times our order was perfect and ready in time. We had the green super greens smoothie a couple of times, a flat bread, and a bowl. Wonderful. read more

You walk in to a bunch of gen z's with no customer service skills. I always order online. These kids don't even look at you unless you're at the register. Your stuff is on the counter melting while 6 others are waiting to get there order taken. It can be a quick question of do you have a online order. They conversing with each other laughing and carrying on while people are looking at them wanting their stuff. No one knows how to multi task. No manager to be seen. No leadership at all. Go from the register to making smoothies. Washing hands is a foreign concept to these kids. When the place first opened it rocked. Smiles and go figure a manager was on site. You felt welcome. Then time struck. Got complacent. Don't care anymore. Management let the place run itself. I use to see the manager Yvette all the time in the beginning. She must've quit. Haven't seen her in months. She was so nice and efficient. Her staff not so much. You have to tell and show these kids what you expect of them. Otherwise they're going to keep up with the slack, zombie moving, stank attitude having bastards that they are! I'm done with this place. I don't need a sorry we failed you speech from customer service manager. Go to the store and fix it. That is the point of these reviews. I don't need to tell you more. This review says it all.
