I tried to more closely direct my ingredients and when the raspberries were brought out from the back, they were completely frost bitten. I had to ask she please not put them in for this reason -- otherwise, they apparently thought there was nothing wrong with using them (they went back into the freezer). The menu looked more like an ice cream menu and did not promote health at all. For context: I am a medical provider who focuses on longevity and overall health.
