We end to see an early showing of The Odyssey at the IMAX cinema in the mall and decided to dine there as well. The four of us decided to sit outside as it was a perfect day. Our server Chantelle was cheerful, attentive and did a good job. As usual we started with drinks: Blue Moon draft, an Absolute lemonade mixer, a Cab , a glass of -Pessimist DADU and two sodas. Then onto the food: a Mediterranean Bowl, an Asian Tenderloin Bowl, a skinny chicken pasta, skinny shrimp tacos, and a side of French fries to share. We had eaten well but decided to share two desserts, fresh strawberries and a rich chocolate tuxedo, both with generous dollops of cream. The Cheesecake Factory is my favorite chain restaurant. If I'm visiting Providence Place, it's my go-to stop for lunch. I don't think I've ever had a bad meal here. I love that they include calories on the menu and for this reason I love the Skinnylicious menu. I order the Mexican tortilla salad most of the time and it's consistently delicious. My son likes their buffalo wings and usually gets fries on the side. If we get dessert, the lemon raspberry cream is one of my favorites. My son likes their coconut cream cheesecake. I would rate this at 3.5 stars but mot 4. I have been to a few Cheescake Factory locations. Not a fan of chains but we went to an IMAX movie at Providence place and this was conveniently located so we went. There really isn't much ambiance. It is large, bright and a bit noisy as a result. Our server was OK. He was a little slow with the drinks but OK. In all honesty, I have no idea how they can offer such a large menu. When you take that into account, the food is pretty reasonable. I had blackened salmon with vegetables and it was pretty fair. It was a little overcooked but not bad. The veggies were pretty good. The drinks were OK. The value is OK. Cheesecake Factory is blowing up right now on TikTok and it's no wonder why. After seeing it for the 50th time as I scroll I decided today was finally the day I'd go and I'm glad I did. Located in the Providence Place mall it's this Cheesecake Factory has a convenient location. I made a reservation for 5:30 and was sat immediately. Let me tell you- they were hopping by the time we left! The restaurant itself is spacious. However, I do find some of the seating to be too close to other parties. It almost felt like we should have joined the tables and had dinner together. Our server was Elijah and he was excellent. Very personable, understanding, and made a great experience. I would highly recommend asking for him! We had some of the delicious bread and butter before I ordered the pasta da Vinci for dinner. The pasta was cooked well, the sauce was ample and delicious, chicken nice and tender without any weird bits. I found the mushrooms to have a unique flavor I wasn't a huge fan of, but it didn't hinder me from finishing my dish. The portion was substantial for $26. Of course you have to get a cheesecake as well and we split the banana cream cheesecake. Elijah had it come out split in half for us (very nice of him!) and it was good. I was hoping for a bit more banana flavor instead of just topped bananas on top. But, it's still Cheesecake Factory so of course it's going to be good! read more

I must say for a chain restaurant the prices are becoming exorbitant here. I came here with my friend for her birthday. We shared a large caesar's salad, each of us had a soda, she had a dinner pasta dish and I had a lunch size pasta dish. She got a slice of chocolate cake to go. The bill came to $88 before tip. I'm sorry, but that is really ridiculous. In my opinion. They actually charged 14.45 for a slice of chocolate cake with chocolate sauce on the side! A lunch fettuccine alfredo for 18.85! Yes, the service was decent, and so is the atmosphere. We were also surprised that we had to wait twenty minutes to get a table at two o'clock in the afternoon on a weekday. Unfortunately, due to the high prices, I really can't recommend coming here. Although their cheesecake is very good. Being the only one in the state it's a pretty popular spot! With that being said most the time it's very busy and that's a great thing but unfortunately the wait staff cannot always handle the business. We went on a Saturday and I hoped so much that the service would be quicker and unfortunately it wasn't. The waitress was super nice but I found myself having to get up and go find her or someone else to bring me things or refills on our drinks. The food itself is always around a 3-4 star. I love their Thai chicken lettuce wrap so much but I've been finding that the chicken strips themselves a lot of times have a very chewy tendon on them so biting through it is difficult and frustrating. Their Thai stir fry noodles are quite nice as well but they don't cook the noodles enough before stir frying so noodles end up being stuck together in big chunks and too al dente. Forget how much I liked Cheesecake Factory as a chain option. Park in North garage on P2 for the back entrance in!! Ordered the ck picatta with breaded ck cutlet instead and extra sauce on the side. Also had a paradise punch mocktail which was fruity and refreshing. The picatta came with angel hair pasta and was a good choice, one thing I didn't like is the sauce was almost nonexistent on the pasta, had to get more on the side. The ck cutlets were perfect, moist and crispy. We sat outside which was nice to people watch on a summer day. The foot traffic in the area is high so if you want more privacy better to sit inside. A good heap of citrus crab on top. The avocado egg rolls came nicely hot with pack of flavor. My grandma ordered the orange cauliflower with brown rice. It was good but a bit too sweet for her liking. I had the Korean fried chicken with white rice. It was delicious! I just wish it had more avocado and sauce to it. My sister ordered the truffle chicken and the flavor of it was too strong. She tried a bite and just couldn't. I also tried a bite and believe the truffle flavor was too much. Naturally truffle is strong but its not cut with anything to truly help balance it. The waitress took it back and my sister asked for the Thai noodles. About 15 minutes later, we were told that they ran out of the noodles. So she ended up opting for cheese flatbread pizza. She enjoyed it. Absolutely wonderful experience at The Cheesecake Factory for lunch today..5 stars! The ambiance is very classy and the menu is huge. Service by Bryan was outstanding. As for the food, all of it was wonderful. We started off with delicious fried zucchini. However we switched the marinara sauce instead of the ranch dressing. Might have been the best fried zucchini we have ever had. I had a nice ceaser salad and Buffalo Chicken Tenders. My wife had veggie tacos which she truly enjoyed along vegetable slaw. We had a very disappointing experience at the Cheesecake Factory Providence Place tonight. We arrived expecting a wait without reservations on a Saturday night at 5:45pm, but the host stand needs to set clear expectations. We were told a 40 minute wait and after 50 minutes we checked in and were told another 10. At 10 minutes I checked back, so we've been there an hour at this point, and the hostess said it would be another 10 minutes but couldn't be clear. Then when I asked to clarify, they said the tables were all booked in front of us and couldn't be clear on how much longer the wait would be. When I pointed out it had been an hour and we needed to at least have an estimate they sat us. Again, I expected a wait but you have to be able to set a reasonable estimate. After a fairly long wait for a server she came and took our order where she took the drink and food order at once without writing it down. I reiterated my slider order to be plain, cheese only but after a long food wait it came out with ketchup. She said it comes with ketchup on the bun, like that doesn't count as plain with cheese only. I have a tomato allergy and said I can't eat it so she had them redo it. Despite everyone at our table taking a ridiculously long time to eat, they were pretty much done before my food came. It was exactly two hours from the time I walked in until I was actually served my food, which was grossly undercooked. My bun was actually bloody. And despite being served that late, there was zero apology or food comp when the food was finally served. A $107 bill for ruining our evening is super disappointing. Cheesecake factory is not my favorite place to eat at for a meal. It's very standard and unimpressive. This was no different. My friend really was out of ideas so we opted to come here. I ended up getting the shepherd's pie which was okay. Nothing amazing. I wouldn't say it was bland but it didn't have too much of a flavor profile. We also got the cheesecake lemon raspberry which was excellent. In fact, the main reason I do like coming here is because their dessert is bomb diggity but the food never really hits. I really just want to come here for the cake and not eat anything else. Parking inside the garage today was free inexplicably I'm not sure if they run a promotion with restaurants where you validate but I suspect they do. However, today it was free We had no issues with service. There was a little bit of a wait which got resolved when we prompted the hostess again for seats. The ambiance of this restaurant is nice and I do like this aspect of it the most compared to other cheesecake factories. If you're in the area, I think it's going to be a standard meal. They have restaurant seating, and the menu serves almost anything you'd want. And then they also have a little high top seating area near the bar which is self-seating! Had a great visit here last night. Place was super busy so make sure to get a reservation. Took a little bit for our server to get to our table but once she did it was a breeze. We got the mac and cheese balls which are always delicious. I got the double smash burger for my main and man was it delicious. It's amazing how they have so much stuff on the menu but still make everything (at least everything that we got) to order. For dessert I got the tiramisu cheesecake and that was one of the best cheesecakes I've ever had. The 'so-called' hostess is awful! Not a smile, a greeting or even a hello when guests arrive at reception area. She 'grunts' and motions to wait for her at the top of the stairs. Then, she takes you to a booth, motions with her arm to sit down, puts a menu on table and leaves! Not one word or a 'crack' in her serious frown. She needs to be re-trained or replaced! There was no option for gluten free bread which was a bummer, and the avocado egg rolls I wanted were already batch prepared with red bell peppers (which I'm allergic to). Bummer! My husband ordered ribeye with mashed potatoes and broccoli. The broccoli was freakishly large. It just didn't seem natural. I ordered the steak Diane with mashed potatoes. My steak medallions were dry but doused with the mushroom sauce. The restaurant was busy. Our table was surrounded by two other tables within arm length. Our waitress was attentive. It's been 25 years since I've been to the cheesecake factory. in The service was less than desirable. The waiter was very forgetful & sometimes rude to my nephews. The Thai lettuce wrap was huge and extremely tasty. The salad with salmon was a hit. The chili crisp shrimp with pasta was not a home run, in fact the shrimp used were popcorn shrimp it was overly garlicky and beyond salty. To make matters worse I had the worst indigestion i've ever had. My sleep was interrupted with lots of moaning. The chicken fingers were dry, the korean chicken was good as was the filet mignon. Grabbed 4 slices for my cheat meal and they were all pretty good. Unfortunately, I could tell their cheesecake is not homemade. They didn't have that tartness from cream cheese and their cheesecake is too liquidy. Almost like they cheap-it-out with more sour cream or something similar. However, why am I score isn't a 3/5 is because the unique flavors and sweetness. My favorite was the Mango Key Lime. Great tropical taste and that sourness from the lime really comes through. This was unfortunately the worst dining experience we have ever had. A party of 4 we originally were served 2 pieces of bread/butter with no plates, napkins or tableware and had to ask for them. We got 2 plates, then got 2 more. We asked for more bread and never received. We received our ordered drinks but no water, had to ask for water. At the same time of our drink order we ordered 3 appetizers and the server later took our entree order. An hour after we were seated we received 2 of 4 food entrees and no appetizers. About 20 minutes later the other food entrees arrived. 1 entree was wrong (asked no onions, arrived with onions). All food was cold and had been sitting for long time. My pasta was cold, dried and no visible sauce (absorbed) by the time I was eating. Because the appetizers never arrived we ended up changing to 1 appetizer to go and canceled the others. We also ordered 4 desserts to eat in. We ended up receiving 3 desserts to go. Through out the duration of the service we were told the manager would be over to speak to us. We thought this was a nice gesture and asked for the manager again, and again, and again. Finally were told that the manager was very busy and would not be not possible to speak to us. We initially received an itemized bill and realized we were charged for the appetizer to go but never received it. We had to basically demand the appetizer, and asked for the itemized bill back (after signing) to ensure we were charged for 3 desserts not 4. We never did receive the itemized bill we asked for, while signing, to ensure the final amount charged matched what we received. Before leaving we asked for the manager at the check-in desk. Ultimately we were able to speak to the manager who was receptive to our feedback but indicated multiple times they could had done more to assist if they knew earlier. A manager called and left a voicemail with a $25 gift card (which we frankly did not ask for, or want) but this seems like a small fraction compared to the nearly $200 bill we received. We decided that there are so many local places that offer better food and service for much better prices, we likely won't be back to Cheesecake Factory. read more

This place is always super busy and I have been back a handful of times. The hostess are always super nice as well as our waiters. It definitely is loud so be prepared for that as there are a ton of seats and a ton of people all the time. It's the cheesecake factory so of course they have a very large menu with a bunch of different options. Honestly, anyone can find something to eat here and it's well worth the price for me. Something I would have to recommend is their flatbread pizzas because they're absolutely great . read more
