I made a call shortly after placing my order, asking to speak with the Manager who I later learned is named Chaz. However little miss Annie and her sweet little attitude picked up once again. Being extremely dismissive she didn't want to take my number or transfer the call for me. I think Chaz needs to have a long talk with his employees about how to answer the phone, and having a little patience. And I truly hope this Anna or Annie girl has the day she deserves and learns to smile a little more. A little kindness goes a long way!
