I was on a low calorie diet and was looking around for places that may cater my interests, eventually I found this spot that had items for relatively low calories upon looking at the menu provided by their website (I will always give credit to establishments who provide their item's calorie count). I was very much interested and decided to come by. Once I arrived, I was met with a very nice interior. The room was clean and the decor complemented the establishment. It wasn't packed either, only 2 or 3 other customers if I remember. Overall it was a very laid back and comfy vibe. I got on line for the salad bar and from what I saw they got A-LOT of options, I saw Mac-and-cheese, salmon, and a bunch of other stuff that caught me off guard (of course in a good way). And, despite what some reviews may say, the customer service was quite nice! It was my first time there and the staff made me feel welcomed and were very patient while doing my order. I ordered 2 custom salad which consisted of lettuce, corn, and shrimp. The guy at the counter hooked me up big time, as the portions were very satisfactory to my liking. I got my order and drove back home, slathered some hot sauce on that thang, and I gotta say, this bowl was amazing! Super filling, I actually thought I was gonna finish these bowls in one sitting yet by the time I finished my first bowl I was out for the count! I had to wait hours later before I could eat my second bowl. The food itself was great, the shrimp was nicely seasoned, corn was nice and sweet, and the lettuce was to my liking. This establishment is a strong contender for 5 stars, at minimum 4. Unfortunately, there's one thing severely dragging this place down, as it's the prices. For 2 salad bowls I paid around $40 dollars in total, and to me that isn't really sustainable spending. Especially when you consider the fact places like Qdoba and Chipotle down the street offer much lower costs. This place isn't bad by any means, in-fact if the prices were considerably lower, then I would be this establishment's number 1 customer! I would go here almost everyday no joke. But, given the prices this isn't a place I would regularly go to, but I would still recommend this place for those who are willing to spend the money! Personally, I would rate this 3.5/5 stars; nice and chill vibe inside, lots of options, good customer service, delicious and filling meals, though considerably pricey. Happy to see Fresh & co in Westfield! One of my favorites in NYC for lunch. I order in store and online for delivery. I have been a 3 times a week customer since day one. However I have scales back as the food and portions are not as they were before. Food is usually good. However the food in recent orders and lately tends to be over cooked and portions are super small for the price. Veggies for the bowls are over roasted and way too crispy to eat. The roasted chicken Is usually dry. The chicken tonight was cut into squares and very dry. Not really edible I will say portions are too small for the prices as well. Prices are NYC based as they are comparable to mid town Super expensive for what you get in bowls. Basics like cauliflower rice is charged extra as a base for a bowl. Herb chicken bowl runs 17-18 dollars. Salmon bowl 20 dollars. Breakfast Egg bites are good but again pricy. I am not sure if a full egg is even used as they come out not fluffy or large . Caesar salad with grilled chicken is 20 dollars - it is a scoop of chicken with lettuce. Overall disappointing as I was super excited for this business. read more

Usually the service here is amazing.. today I waited 10 minutes for the manager to take my order. After a father son duo took 5 minutes to decide on what they wanted. (He clearly could have taken my order since I was prepared to order) Then he starts taking my order he basically dismisses me to take the white lady's order who was behind me. So now he's rushing me to take her order.. totally rude totally disrespectful. Normally everything is good. Order online frequently for delivery. Unfortunately they partner with grub hub. Today grub hub said delivered but it was NOT. No text or contact info for the driver. Restaurant said they cannot help me I have to go through grub hub. Grub hub says they cannot help me and I have to through the restaurant. Everyone points the finger somewhere else. I guess I'll have to dispute the charge on my credit card. Fully disappointing all around. read more

I ordered through Uber because I'm busy and I wanted to get things done instead of cooking. Love the idea of organic so I ended up buying the salmon meal and the buy one get one free chicken and RICE soup. Salmon is a favorite for us and honestly, it's pretty hard to cook salmon in a way that it's not flavorful yet....This is exactly how it was. If you like very bland salmon, then maybe this place is for you. And if you want them to get your order wrong, which can be catastrophic if you have allergies they'll also check that box here too and don't you worry. If you expect some level of customer service. There's absolutely zero. I tried to call five times to ask about the chicken and rice soup because I'm very allergic to wheat, which is why I ordered chicken and rice not chicken and noodles. So what did I pay for? Chicken and rice soup. What did I actually receive? Chicken and noodle. I tried to at least call and see if it was possible that the noodles were rice based since the labeling left me no way of knowing. Nobody answered the phone so instead of being able to eat the full meal that I ordered, I ended up paying for food that I can't eat or risk being ill for days. If I had just opened some cans of tuna and added mayo, and had that with crackers it probably would've been a little bit tastier than what I got. At least I would know if I'm allergic to it. I tried it because it's supposed to be all the rage. I guess for accuracy I do feel a little rage, but not the one you should feel. Hummus Republic makes better salmon across the street and they get my orders right. Great idea and good marketing. Epic fail in reality. read more

First visit to this place today. I ordered a blackened chicken and bacon ranch melt for $12 plus tax and what I got was this tiny little thing that weighed less than a half a bagel. Chicken was chewy and dry and they put these gross little mini pickles into it and no sauce. Probably the most disgusting sandwich I've ever had the displeasure of eating. Don't visit this place for a sandwich....ever. I can't comment on the rest of their food but I won't be trying it after this regretful experience. My husband and I while visiting New Jersey, decided to try this place out for lunch and were elated with the options available. There was everything we could think of, right from the option to customize your salad/grain bowl with your choice of greens, grains, protein, toppings and dressings to freshly made smoothies and juices. We ended up getting a Mexican Cesar salad with salmon and a customized falafel salad along with the turkey chili, the chicken and vegetable soup and the carrot juice. The salmon was perfectly cooked, moist and very flavorful and the falafels absolutely delicious. The greens, vegetable toppings and dressings were really fresh. Both, my husband and I love trying out the salad bars in grocery stores as well as other salad chains and hands down this is the best we've ever eaten. The servers were extremely knowledgeable about every ingredient, the owners extremely welcoming and the food, fresh and bursting with flavor. We shall be eating here everyday and in the future as well when visiting New Jersey. A place certainly not to be missed. read more

Food is good and inside is extremely clean and modern. I keep having issues with consistency, when it comes to a lot of the salads the staff tend to mess them up frequently. I find myself having to tell the staff what exactly is in each option and remind them to add it. I am also met with frustrated staff when reminding them on stuff that was missed.
