Upon entering the cafe, one young girl stated she'd be right with us but then another young woman came to help us but was very rude, had an attitude and was throwing the mixers n tops around and just being rude! The employees are very friendly but the smoothie I got at that location wasn't nearly as good as the ones I normally get at the others that I stop at in Canton and Plymouth. It didn't have that much flavor, it tasted more like ice than anything else. Maybe it was a fluke but I could definitely taste the difference. I'll give them another try. read more

This location is relatively new. It's well decorated, bright and clean and a fairly large space. The cashier was fast, friendly, and efficient. I heard the cashier offering recommendations on smoothies to other customers about additives and seemed knowledgeable. It was really warm in there, kind of uncomfortably so. They currently have a great promo on their flatbreads, all $5 and includes a side...fruit, chips or their new menu introduction, apple kale slaw. I tried the apple kale slaw. It was thin sliced apples, crispy fresh kale, and shredded carrots. The dressing was tasty and it's nice to have another healthy option on their menu. For a new business, they are doing everything right. They definitely somehow made themselves known in a short amount of time because there are always people inside. I've come here multiple times since it opened because of all of the Grand Opening week sales (& sales each day the week after, & app deals, & 99 cent smoothie coupons just because). Every time I come in, there is a new special or coupon, which has worked on me! We did wait 45 min on Flip Flop Day (aka free smoothies for all), which is to be expected...what blew me away is that the workers kept a good pace with smiles on their faces. Excellent staff. My boyfriend & I both separate noticed that one man didn't seem super friendly (a boss), but I didn't catch his name, everyone else's sunny attitudes outweighed his, & he may have simply been stressed & in the zone getting the business started. I hope TSC continues to be as successful as it has been these last few weeks. As a chain, the sandwiches could be priced cheaper, but they are good! I've tried 3 or 4 smoothies & all are delicious. The one size they offer is usually too much for my boyfriend & I to split! Also, pay attention to the nutritional facts, even in the green smoothies. They might not be great for you, but some options are healthier than others, & a few could be used as meal replacements, plus Splenda can be used instead of turbinado. They are pretty efficient considering the circumstances. They only issue was on one of the visits, someone had spilled a little of their drink and it was on the floor for a while. The ingredients are fresh and you can watch the associates build your smoothie and blend it together with the industrial version VitaMix Whole Food processor (a great machine... I definitely want to point out that there needs to be a better process for online orders. It was an extremely long wait when I ordered in cafe last time, 35 mins to be exact. So this time I figured I'll place a mobile order so it'll be quicker. But that was incorrect. I figured I'd arrive a little late to give them more time to finish my order which consisted of just one smoothie. I waited an extra 25 mins while other customers were served. The whole point of mobile ordering is to not have to wait 25 mins. 5-10 okay I get it but if I place my order at 3:10 and pick up is at 3:18, don't you think it's an issue if it's not even ready till 3:42? Very unaccommodating! They have a fruit salad but it comes with a dressing on it and if you ask for it plain they won't do it because they're already made up in the morning. They make smoothies from scratch but can't possibly throw some fruit in a bowl for you. The only other side choices are chips, Granny Smith apples and bananas. I had a banana for breakfast and don't want another. I don't like tart apples and chips isn't a healthy choice. Their chicken is spicy and they don't make it mild. My kids don't like spicy things. We were very excited when this place opened last year! The first few times we went there everything was great! Then we started ordering online and it was all downhill from there. They messed up the food orders a few times, no biggie, but on top of that, the online orders are never ready on time! We stopped going for a few months and tried again this morning, with the same issue. I don't understand the point in ordering it online, requesting it by a certain time only to have to wait an additional 10-15 mins for your order? I never ever give reviews unless it's absolutely necessary! Tonight I walked in and there were maybe 5 ppl waiting on smoothies and maybe food, they had one girl on food and two girls on smoothies. The two ladies that was smoothies seemed to be flustered and couldn't quite push the orders out quick enough or when they did push the orders out they were completely WRONG! They had smoothies in the blender waiting to be blended just sitting in front of the mixer and then more and more customers came into the store. Here is why I gave them 5 Stars. Katelyn i don't know how she spells her name but she came in like Wonder Woman to save the day! A couple customers said they didn't order a smoothie and they were missing one and then Katelyn looked on the order screen and literally gathered the ingredients to make 5 smoothies she started pulling cups writing which was what and told the other girls pour and hand out the smoothies and even then they couldn't that right so once again Katelyn had to save the day and get the sudden rush of customers out of there at 7:55 pm! Katelyn was very apologetic for the long wait and mishaps with the smoothie, although I didn't catch the 2 ladies who made my smoothie name because it was god awful and they didn't blend the berries all the way because I found myself constantly spitting out pits I just ended up tossing the smoothie. Someone needs to give Katelyn a raise and paid Vacation because she definitely saved the day. The smoothies are ok, but it's a toss up on customer service. I am sitting here now after waiting about 15 minutes to receive the smoothie that I preordered through the app. I have watched as they have processed the orders of customers who walked in off the street after me, assuming they were just running behind and hadn't made mines yet. Finally a young man asked if I was waiting on an online order which was great, because the young woman making smoothies never bothered to acknowledge my presence. Lo and behold, my smoothie had been ready since before my arrival. I waited patiently for nothing. This is the second time this has happened. The first time I waited much longer. The manager gave me a free smoothie that time, which was fine. But to have it happen again is a bit much. I wish they'd just get some young ladies who can multitask and do the job well. No more ordering through the app for me. Waste of time. Since the original review I have encountered the same issue at least six more times.... most recently 1 minute ago. This issue doesn't happen all of the time, but too much for it to be acceptable. It's easier to just go through the line. Absolutely no consistency at this place. I was at the grand opening and the owners really showed they cared about the product and customers at first. But as per usual with these franchises they always let it all go downhill rather then put their effort into making their product and employees perfect for the long run. Every employee makes the smoothies different, I get a detox island and substitute the ginger for fruits yet EVERY SINGLE TIME the employee claims they have a different practice on substitutes. Ginger is a $1.00 add in so you should be getting two $0.50 fruit add ins while replacing the ginger. But the teenagers working here just can't seem to wrap their little brains around that math. Some guys will say oh yeah no problem that works out to be the same price. Yet some of these high school girls just don't get it, they say it will cost $0.50 extra for two fruits ?! If they cant do simple math they need to be throw out the door, get it together and the smoothie is made different every time, always a different color, texture, taste... I just don't get it, aren't you following a exact recipe? How can it be completely different every time? This is just another one of those places that started off great but will be shut down because of lack of ownership and pride in their product. They only get two stars because the owners were great at first and when the smoothie is right (which is about 1 out of every 5 smoothies) it's great. The smoothies are great but I ordered a wrap with no tomatoes and as easy as that should be, got a wrap loaded with tomatoes! So frustrating to have to pick them all out! My Favorite new place to go to !! I love the fact that being lactose intolerant they have many options can choose from that has no dairy and if a smooth has yogurt in it I can tell them to not add it ...that's a plus for me .... I do agree with others that the sandwiches are a lil pricy but the taste makes it worth it ... The Thai chicken salad is the Bomb!!! My wife and I stopped in here the other night. We were warmly greeted in unison by several girls behind the counter. I had the Paradise Point and my wife had the Blueberry Bliss. We were highly disappointed. First, there was a QR code that would have provided us with a BOGO that was never offered. We only noticed it after we paid. Then there were the smoothies. Both of them were nearly flavorless. The only way I knew what mine was, was from the strawberry seeds. My wife's Blueberry Bliss was just tart. NO flavor whatsoever. We were really let down. We didn't complain to anyone at the store because no one seemed old enough to make a managerial decision. The place was very clean. The employees were very friendly. I was excited to see one of these open in the area about a year ago when this one did. I've given it many, many, chances but for the life of my I cannot bring myself to pay $5 for a smoothie when they run the way they do. Why should I ever have to wait 20+ mins in an empty store for a smoothie?? It happens every time. Every. Single. Time. The slowest location in the area, no doubt. I also love when you walk in and there's not even anybody on the floor, they're all in the back and you're just standing there. Also, it disgusts me that they don't have to have their hair in a tight bun or a hairnet or something. Some of those ponytails are long, and I don't want that in my smoothie.
