I ordered the Island Surge Energy Smoothie which boasts up to 140 mg of natural caffeine, B vitamins, and coconut cream. I was encouraged to sign up for their reward program which included a free smoothie on my next visit. My smoothie was deliciously creamy and not overly sweet. The portion size is generous for the $8.00 price tag and very filling. Looking forward to trying something new on my next visit.

I didn't realize that by following these directions, there would be an extra cost in addition to the drink price. I wish this had been communicated beforehand and think that transparency would contribute to stronger customer service relations. The drink had a sweet flavor and was light.
