Not "pretty good for Woodbridge." Not "solid little neighborhood spot." I mean clear-your-calendar-because-you're-going-back good. We ordered the Breakfast Board for Two, and it was exactly what brunch should be: generous, fun, shareable, and absolutely loaded. Eggs, bacon, house-made sausage, smashed potatoes, Belgian waffles, biscuit, gravy (so good), fresh fruit, Greek parfait, and pastries of the day all showed up on one board like brunch had assembled the Avengers. And here's what makes it even better: everything is made from scratch. You can taste it. Even the sausage is made in-house, which explains why it stood out so much. My fiancé ordered the 12-ounce strip steak cooked medium, and he hasn't stopped talking about it. He said it was cooked perfectly, which is something even many chain restaurants struggle to get right. What really stood out was the atmosphere. The service was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The restaurant has that local, family-run feel that immediately makes you comfortable. As a retired Marine family, we also appreciated the Marine Corps traditions and military pride displayed throughout the restaurant.
