That came and went. We decided to give them extra time, just to be safe. After waiting another 30 minutes, my wife called. Their phone does not ring or give a busy signal, it immediately hangs-up or disconnects. I tried calling from my phone and had the same behavior. At this point, I decided to drive to the store which is a couple blocks away. I explained to the person working at the till that we never received our order. They said they'd check into it but proceed to help everyone else in the store. They said they remember giving it to the delivery person. I reiterated we never received the order. We have a doorbell camera and would have been notified if anyone came near our front door. At this point the employee checked the order history with the lady in back. They confirmed our order. The lady said they made it. To which I repeated again that I never received it. At this point the lady goes back and the person at the till keeps helping new customers. I'm not sure if they're re-making our order or what is happening at this point. 30 minutes later. The person at the till said they can't remake the order again. I repeated that we hadn't received our order and that I tried calling multiple times before driving in. He said the phone never rang we would have to take it up with DoorDash. We did not receive any DoorDash information with our order, so that's not possible.... At this point, I asked to speak with the manager. He went in back, said that they would be in Monday. After which I leave extremely angry. When I got back home. I found the order multiple units down between garages. They did not come anywhere near our door. Our smoothies were melted, my sandwich was cold and my wife's food items were gone. I've just tried calling the store multiple times to speak to the manager. The phone still disconnects immediately. This is the worst customer experience I've had in quite some time. I would advise everyone to avoid this location if possible. At the very least, do not order delivery.

However, the sausage burrito was pretty disappointing. It was almost too hot to handle. Upon trying to open the bag that it was heated in, it appeared some of the plastic might have gotten too hot and was harder to open than expected. Also, the burrito itself didn't appear to be correctly cooked. Although extremely hot, the tortilla seemed underdone and was very doughy. This store is open from March 1st through October 31st. It's closed for Easter Sunday and July 4th during this period. It's open from 10 am till 10 pm during this seasonal period. I came when it was closed last month. It was worth it. I got to take a photo of the world's largest dilly bar at its birthplace. It's cool and impressive! This DQ is historic. It's one of the oldest ones in the States. It was opened in 1949 by Bob and Phyllis Litherland. The torch (maybe dilly bar is more appropriate) was handed over to current owners, Troy and Diane DeLeon in 1995. The way things work is that you walk up to the window when it's open. There should be menus on either side. You order, pay, and you get your goodies there. I saw a sign for curbside pickup, which is nice that it's available. There is patio seating outside. This store looks tiny that I highly doubt that there is any room inside to sit down and enjoy frozen treats. I was thrilled to have dropped by. I'm not sure when I'll be in the area when this DQ is open. I'd be happy to stop by for a dilly bar and more when the timing is right. (4)
