I told the girl at the desk not accusing just saying the timer didn't work she insisted it did. when I got in my car my car clock said I was gone 10 minutes. Pretty underhanded and she should have been able to see when she scanned me in that it wasn't 12 minutes I was in the room. She argued and didn't even give me the benefit of the doubt Just told me I was wrong Like I can't tell time I will find elsewhere to go

Not only is she incredibly talented, but she has a wonderful personality and was really enjoyable to work with. She was able to create a hair and make up schedule, for a bridal party of over 14 women to be ready for a 2:00pm ceremony, and the day went flawlessly. Throughout the hair and make up trial, and on the actual day of my wedding- she constantly asked for feedback to make sure that I looked and felt exactly how I dreamed of. She really cares. I can not recommend Danika enough!

First, red flag was that there was no AC in the store first thing my daughter said was ugh its hot in here. The lady turns a fan on...... Then I asked if she was the only one there, and she informed me the other nail tech would be back shortly ( He never showed up). When I told her I had an hour and a half to get 2 full sets she said we would be done before that. As the time crept on, the other tech never showed up and I said, is your other tech going to be here soon? Again, she promised he would be back soon. After she was done she started on my nails ( 5 min after I said I needed to be done). She rushed my nails and did a HORRIBLE JOb. Then we went to pay and she charged me an additional $10 for tips.... which is RIDICULOUS considering she reused the same nail 4 times to do my tips. So $10 for 3 nails? The left over ends she put back in the box. If I didn't have plans that I was already late for and my daughter and mother in law with me I would have let her know my real feelings. Worst part is I don't live there so I was unable to go back to have her fix my nails. I am mainly writing this to save anyone from getting scammed by this awful place who claims to do nails. My 8 yr old son could do a better job than she did.

We came for a bachelorette party on a Thursday with 4 ladies and they were able to work the schedule in a way where everyone was able to get what they wanted and all finish at the same time. A nice relaxation waiting area with relaxing music and dim lighting which I liked. The 30 minute facial was very relaxing and I would 100% get that done again. My friends said the chocolate massage and hot stone massage were amazing. 2 ladies got the hand and foot reflexology, which they were not super impressed by. They said it was nice at some points, but most of the time the techniques were too rough. One said she mentioned the pressure was too hard and the person giving the massage actually went harder and told her it was a problem point they should work out. She was sore to the touch for the entire weekend. She also mentioned that the woman was texting during the service! The other got bruised on her arm (picture included). Would I come back, absolutely! Would I get the reflexology, probably not.
