Absolutely terrible pharmacy in terms of customer service and communication. Try calling - you'll…read morebe left on hold forever (not enough staff to handle in-store and in-calling needs). The counter people in the pharmacy are not highly skilled at finding existing prescriptions - I've been told before by counter staff that there are no prescriptions in the system for me (which would have caused me to have to contact my doctor and take up their time re-sending it) - yet the pharmacist (which I asked for) was able to easily find it. The pharmacy often does not have certain medications in stock. Be ready for multiple delays if this happens: 1) they have to order the medication, 2) they have to process your insurance, 3) they'll tell you the Rx is ready but when you go pick it up (and wait in line) you'll be told they're out of that medication. If you press them, they'll MAYBE discover that it's there - but still in the shipping crate - at which point they'll ask you to come back later to pick it up. I've had to wait more than a week multiple times, to get my medication because of these sorts of problems. The pharmacy has not prioritized streamlining their systems - for example, processing your insurance at the time you present a prescription - to save you that wait wen you come back.

The relaxation room was nice and quiet, sometimes filled sometimes not depending on the flow of people getting treatment. The lunch food and drinks were great, but we had some off service from the bartender on staff. Our server at the table was great though. Hit or miss and they seemed short staffed. In the locker room multiple showers were broken so we had to adjust our plans on showering after our massages but we made it work. And lastly we had issues with our bill and the staff wasn't able to handle it at the moment so hopefully that got taken care of by my friend coordinating after the fact. I would still give them another chance and maybe see how it is coming alone or with a smaller group.

We visited today, a Sunday, which was a rare weekend visit (usually we take a day off and go during the week for a slight discount in pricing for services). There were a lot of groups of women celebrating birthdays, weddings, and maybe just a girls day (which I have enjoyed there on occasion). We started with 50 minute massages. I had Nikki, who I had not had before but was spectacular. If you are getting a massage for the first time, Nikki is the person to request (although I am a massage pro and still had an excellent experience)! She walked through the process, and was sure to make sure I was comfortable with everything involved. The pressure was perfect and she focused on the areas I requested. Afterwards, my husband and I met in the Bistro for lunch and a cocktail. He had the risotto, which he enjoyed, and I got the chicken salad croissant which is a favorite for me. The grapes, apples and cranberries add a depth that I enjoyed. It was also great to see some seasonal cocktails on the menu (I opted for an apple cider mimosa). Sam and Brittany were super friendly, attentive, and made excellent drinks! We have been going to Spa Mirbeau as a couple, with friend, and with family for the past 5 years and they deliver every time. Can't wait to return!!

Once again, a lack of competence, proper procedures, consideration of customer time and…read moreconvenience, and what certainly appears to me to be the first sign of a pending store closure. This is the second time in 3 months that they were out of stock on a popular mainstream medication. I got a message on my answering machine 11/10 or regarding my prescription and returned that call on 11/15 (I was on vacation). I asked if the script was ready for pickup and was told it was out of stock. I grumbled a bit and the story changed; now it IS in stock but cannot be filled until 11/21 (not a Walgreen issue, insurance rules). Then I was asked, despite my call asking if the script is ready to be picked up, if I would like it filled. I was tempted to ask the staffer why else would I ask if it were ready for pickup, but I was not in the mood for a lecture from the pharmacist about how fragile the feelings of her staff are. As far as impending store closing goes, I can think of no other reason for repeated, frequent and regular out of stock issues than dwindling sales causing corporate managers to reduce inventory levels as they decide what to do with the store. Given the level of inconvenience suffered by customers, the reason behind such a situation, if it does exist, is clear.

Placed my order online for a quick pick up. Online order was easy and the deals on personal care…read moreitems were great. I would have rated a 5 but the information of me having arrived ed at the store wasn't transmitted before I arrived. There was no line and my order was ready and I was able to walk out within 5 mins. I've been to more Walgreens this week than expected, including this one now. Overall, I'm finding…read morethe stores, in general, handle vaccinations well, and their receipts aren't as long as those from CVS. Their prices aren't always competitive. For this particular store, there's typically 3 people in the pharmacy area, and there's the private "consultation room" for vaccinations. The layout of the store is somewhat awkward, because the aisles on the right side are long and slanted. There isn't necessarily as much variety here as some of their larger, newer, stores, but they have all the basics, and the store is well stocked and clean.

I've driven by this Walgreens so many times but have never actually been inside. Until yesterday. I…read morewas lucky enough to score my first Covid vaccine there. This is a good sized store with a small-ish parking lot. Very clean and easy to navigate. I expected there to be a little bit more organization around the vax situation...but after I spoke with the pharmacist, I found out that they were double booked without having any additional help. So, the overwhelmed staff gets a pass. It's not easy doing what they do: providing a safe environment for seekers of the Covid vaccine along with lines of people coming in to get their prescriptions filled. Then, of course...it's a store. People are shopping for stuff. All things considered, they managed the small group of us vaccine participants and pharmacy-goers well. They were only running about 20 minutes behind...which is amazing compared to some other folks that were in vax lines for hours at other locations. I would shop here in the future now that I've actually been inside.

This is not my regular Walgreens but I needed a passport photo and was in the area. Tried to go to…read morethe UPS store first but they don't do them anymore. This is a nice, spacious and clean Walgreens. It's rather busy since it's located in a busy intersection (across from Hannaford plaza). Staff was nice and the photos were done within 10 minutes. Wish I had worn makeup....now I gotta look at my mug shot for another 10 years (as my last passport photo wasn't great, either). Plenty of seasonal candy treats very strategically placed on the way to check out. There's a red box DVD rental stand outside that someone was actually using when I arrived. Good Walgreens.

You really should avoid this branch. Just had a frankly weird customer service experience just…read moretrying to buy some candy. The candy was discounted, 3 boxes for $5. When it was rang up, one of the candies wasn't getting included in the 3 for $5 discount, although the sign on the shelf clearly states it should be included. Instead of like saying "hold on, let's take a look", the cashier pulls out a phone, angrily sighs and curses that she has to log into the device, scans the problem-rang up candy with her phone, and, again, states "that one is ringing up $2.09. The box is bigger so therefore it is scanning right." uh, no. the price of the shelf disagrees. She then says to the next customer that she "tries not to let negativity in the world affect her". I don't what school of customer service this person flunked out of, but she definitely does not belong in this job. Walgreens, this branch just lost a long time customer: I am moving my prescriptions elsewhere. Hello CVS!
