Fred and his crew at Deluxe Pool are the best!…read more I originally called for an estimate to replaster my pool, but I knew I also needed plumbing work because I had a leak somewhere in the system. Fred was able to give me a plaster estimate over the phone, but he came out personally to evaluate the leak situation. As it turned out, I needed to replace my old copper plumbing lines and reroute them under the brick decking. It was a major job, especially because the concrete beneath the brick was much thicker and harder than expected, requiring significantly more demolition and labor than originally anticipated. What impressed me most was that even though the project took longer and required more work, Fred honored his original quote and never tried to increase the price. That's rare these days. Many contractors would have adjusted the cost once the unexpected challenges were uncovered, but Fred is a man of his word. Once the demolition was complete, everything else went smoothly. Fred was on-site throughout most of the project, supervising the crew, answering questions, and making sure the work was done right. I also upgraded from standard plaster to mini pebble, and the finished pool looks absolutely amazing. On top of that, Fred told me that if any issues come up down the road, all I have to do is call and he'll take care of them right away. Professional, honest, reliable, and stands behind his work.
