While I was standing outside my car talking to a friend, one of their workers came from behind the car next to mine and blew grass clippings directly into our faces, into my open car, and all over my dashboard, floor, door panels, clothes, shoes, and hair. We were yelling and waving our hands to get his attention, but he didn't stop right away. When he finally saw us, he just turned around and walked off -- no apology, no acknowledgment. I called the McDonald's right away and was given the landscaping company's contact info. I spoke to a woman who said she'd pass the message to a supervisor, but no one ever followed up. Totally unprofessional behavior and even worse customer service. If you care about courtesy and respect, I wouldn't recommend this company for any kind of work.

It seems that if you wait a little longer like a week or so after Thanksgiving, the prices did decrease about $50 or more. I guess they are trying to get rid of the trees. So if you can be patient, highly recommend waiting a week after Thanksgiving and you can get somewhat of a deal but to me they are still high lol. Still a beautiful tree!!

Cutting down our own Christmas tree has been a longstanding holiday tradition in my family. We…read moremoved from South Carolina to Cary in 2001, and when the end of November came around, we realized we needed to find a Christmas tree farm. Back Achers Christmas Tree Farm is the answer! It is a family-owned business, and everyone working there is so nice. I love seeing the owner out there in his bright orange cap. He always has a smile on his face. As is true with all things that come from nature, some years have better "tree pickins" than others. However, I cut down my tree here the weekend after Thanksgiving, and there are still plenty of beautiful trees available. Back Achers provides the saws. You grab one when you arrive and walk down the fresh pine smelling aisles of trees. If you don't want to cut down your own tree, but still want to support a local business, they do sell pre-cut trees as well. The prices are very affordable. I found my 8-footer this year for $32. They also provide a $1-off coupon on their website. After you cut down your tree, they shake it all out, wrap it, and strap it to your car. I highly recommend making a trip to Back Achers part of your holiday tradition!
