She stopped by NAPA expecting the same great service we receive at our local store. She wasn't sure where the fuse was or which one she needed so she asked one of the few workers in the store. She had to go back in a few times due to them selling her the wrong size fuses and she wasn't sure how to remove the fuses when she found them so they sold her a fuse puller instead of coming out and helping her. She was in the parking lot for over thirty minutes trying to figure out what she was doing and when she went to go back in they had locked the doors. It was 5:55, 5 minutes before their stated time to close. Please don't support this store, it could be your wife, daughter, mother or girlfriend next time!

The guy who waited him was not pleasant at all & proceeded to tell him that the spring he brought in they no longer made but he had another spring the same size. He didn't mention it might not work. So after my husband got home he found out they (he bought 2 as he figured it would be smart to replace both) wouldn't work as they bowed. He found another spring at our neighbors place and proceeded to replace it. Now we were low on water so he made 3 trips (takes about 3 1/2 hrs because of the road & weight) and after all this drove back to Kingman to return the springs. Another 2 hrs to Kingman & damn if wasn't able to return them as their receipt states you only have 15 days & then if you want cash there is a 25% restocking fee! He bought them on Feb 26, 2026 & today is March 16, 2026 & they are closed on the weekend. So we are out $422.00!! Oh & my husband is a Vietnam Vet too, so being Vet owned doesn't mean much. Though my husband admits it was his fault for not looking at the receipt, I had thought we had at least 30 days to return the merchandise as is the usual policy. Limited selection of new bikes, especially anything not Harley. They do have a good selection of…read moreused bikes though, as well as riding gear and clothes. They also have quite a few trikes to check out if you're in the market for one. The sales peeps aren't overly aggressive which is nice. If you're a Harley fan you'll probably be happy spending some time looking around here, and maybe even walk out with a new set of keys is you're not careful.
