They do not have their pricing listed online or in-store, and when you ask for a quote, the amount may be lower than what you are ultimately charged. I was charged $27.03 to clean one jacket. I brought in two jackets total, and it took four days to complete the cleaning. When I reviewed my receipt, I noticed I was charged for three items instead of two. There was an additional charge for a "grey leather belt." When I asked the representative about it, he pointed to a strap attached to my jacket and suggested it may have been removed and cleaned separately. However, the strap was part of the coat and had not been detached. I did not pursue the issue further, because overall experience left me feeling over it and scammed. My husband needed a tan suit to be dry cleaned before a wedding. When we went to pick it up, there was a stain (not from us) on the suit. They did offer to clean it again and the lady told us to rerun in 2 days. My husband went back and called 2 times when the lady said it would be ready and it never was. It was finally ready after w e pushed them to finish it soon because we had to travel for the wedding. read more

Every time I brought shirts have to leave them for reironing There is no time the shirts are not wrinkled when I pick them up Today the lady behind the counter was giving me a pair of pants that didn't belong to me She gave me the wrong ticket with another person's name. Horrible service! Overpriced! I brought in two uniform dresses to be hemmed and two pants I was charge $130 by the Hispanic older women who does the alterations. And when I return to pick my clothes on the date which was on the receipt, my clothes weren't ready. I needless to say the hemming looking rushed and sloppy. I'm completely dissatisfied. Like some others feel they burned 11 pants and several was from suites ! I will take them to small claims court but will also trash the owner that told me he was not the owner ! He didn't take responsibility for the burned pants that was burned in all the same spot saying it's my wallet ! I do t use a wallet ! Never ever had so much BS from any one person ! Sunshine Dry Clean: - ruined my clothing item, which is now unwearable - refused my request towards the cost of replacement - did not apologize for their mistake, instead responding with arguments and haggling - required five visits and my complaint has yet to be resolved Sunshine Dry Clean made an error and instead of trying to positively rectify the situation with a customer, they have argued every inch. I cannot recommend their business; others will treat you better when they have made a mistake. UPDATE | In the below reply the owner blamed the article of clothing and blamed the customer. Their voucher was not satisfactory because I do not live in the area and would not be able to use it, rendering it valueless. My compensation for loss request was in line with their posted liability policy of 10x the cost of cleaning. Take your valuable items elsewhere. read more

This is your friendly neighborhood Dry Cleaner! We moved to the area 3 years ago and were in search of dry cleaners that would offer same day pick up service for my husband's business attire. Only after a few visits to the store the staff and the owner knew my name and my clothes so they could locate my account in the computer without me saying a word. On couple of occasions when I took too long to get out of the car, by the time I walked inside my clothes were waiting for me at the register ready to be checked out. It it very pleasant to have this kind of attention and costumer service. There was an issue once.... my husband complained that his freshly dry cleaned clothes had a very strong chemical smell. When I related this complaint to the owner, he resolved it in a very prompt and professional manner. Equipment malfunction was spotted and fixed, the clothes were re-cleaned at no charge. Never had an issue again. We also do some alterations here. Always an Excellent job!!! I mean... to satisfy a very demanding and picky customer as my husband..... this place does a wonderful job! They damage your clothes and refuse to compensate for your loss, besides insulting your labor and trying to put fault on your clothes. My mom is a high-end designer. We brought one of our pieces that was custom made for a client who was going to wear it for her daughter's wedding on the next day. The piece is 100% silk and when we picked it up from this shop, there was a sizable discolored spot in the front, which was very noticeable and obviously caused by some sort of rubbing on a sharp surface or bleached paper. We've worked with silk and other high-end materials for 40+ years, we only use the highest quality fabrics. The owner held the piece of clothing as if it were a piece of cr*p and said the fabric was of poor quality. Silk is a type of fabric that requires special handling, hence the look for a professional cleaning service. It is delicate, that is very different from "poor quality". After I explained the whole situation he started rambling about other customers who wanted a lot of money for pieces that could be bought online for much less and even asked where was the a composition tag, showing that (1) they had ruined many other people's clothes in the past and refused to refund them, (2) he doesn't know what silk looks like, (3) he has no problem in implying that we were lying about it, with no tact in customer service whatsoever and (4) he didn't listen to a single word I said about that being a custom made piece; there's no composition tag because my mother made it, by hand, from scratch. She works alone, and she had to go on a saga to find another piece of fabric of the same quality and color, and remake the entire piece. Obviously, you can never find fabric that is exactly the same as another, so she had to also remake the blouse that paired with it to match the new color. She has a tight schedule and had to turn down business to deal with this situation, and lost so much more money than what we were asking for, but he was irreducible in diminishing the value of my mother's labor. We will never send our clothes to this place and highly recommend that you also don't. We know problems happen in all businesses, and we don't expect perfection. We do expect, however, a customer service that is respectful and tactful in solving the problems that they have created. read more

As LB said on 7/20/19 I also had Damaged property there on 8/3/2019 . They don't have a clue about customer service and fill free to Insult you on the value of your damaged goods. The owner is Unbelieveable . People don't want to come back when the have damaged property so you can damage more . Try reading the labels and if they don't have one don't try to clean it, ruin it and then insult the client saying their property is cheap maybe the cleaning service is sub standard instead. .Worst service ever . Run from this business if you value your clothing . Wish I had read the reviews first That was my first mistake. My recommendation is run and find anther dry cleaning service. read more
