Brian was so accommodating and responsive to help me schedule a private group class - we had the…read morebest time. He was so laid back and between him and Amberly (our other talented instructor) we ended up with some really amazing pieces! The classes are small (max of 6) and they are super accommodating for private or small groups. Brian's passion for working with clay is evident in everything he does - he is so knowledgeable about everything from the clay he works with to the glazes he uses! The one night class was so much fun - the perfect amount of time to make 4 pieces and learn the basics of throwing pottery on a wheel. At the end, you get to choose your glazes and Brian takes care of the rest! Honestly, this class is such a steal for the price - you get great attention but enough freedom to feel like the pieces are truly something you made. Brian was also nice enough to take some pictures of us with our finished works and send them on to me so I had something to post You can also check out some of his pieces in a little shop display area where you can pick up some other things like mugs or vases made by him. Don't miss the raku firing videos or the pieces he makes using that method - they are gorgeous! Tl;dr - this place is definitely a can't miss!
