Upon getting the keys to our newly purchased home, we entered to find cob webs everywhere, walls, ceiling, light fixtures, bricks on fireplace and very dirty walls. The stove and microwave were coated with grease as was when we made our offer 6 weeks ago which prompted us to require a professional cleaning of this home. The refrigerator side by the stove, also spattered with grease. Found pieces of whole corn kernels on the kitchen floor. I was told that Jan's Cleaning Service in Port Huron had done the cleaning. What a rip off they are. My bet is the Seller was already gone, the cleaning people took the check and ran without doing a thing. Terrible to advertise that they clean. Avoid at all costs.
