Very poor work and does not stand behind his work, only makes excuses…read more He did not put a moisture barrier put under what he knew was to be a finished basement, so lots of moisture is coming up with every rain. Very uneven floors, and it snowed/ freezing rained right after, so in the low spots water stood and froze, chipping and cracking. None of the drains are lowered, and the floors not level, so the water does not run towards them. He put the garage door in a different place than the plan said, on another wall and not under the front porch like we wanted. When asked about that, he said he couldn't do anything about it, and that it wasn't his fault, even though he'd been given a copy of the plan. He blamed the weather, his workers, us and our plumber, because he had to wait a day or two for the plumber to get there for drains, but we'd waited weeks and weeks for him to get to us. He told us it would be fine to pour that day, that he would put on blankets and do other things to help it stay warm enough to cure correctly. He did bring blankets, but removed them too soon and did nothing else. You can now feel the low spots very obviously when you walk across the laminate flooring. We were unable to use the type of flooring we wanted because of the chipping and unevenness. Even without the weather issue, the drastic unevenness of the floor is a big issue. When all this was mentioned to him before the house was finished, nothing was done. He never offered to fix it, he only offered excuses and blamed us, when he knew we knew nothing about concrete and trusted him since he's supposed to know the business. When we mentioned it again at time to pay bill for garage floor, he blew up, cussing and throwing a fit thinking we were not paying (not the case, we just wanted a reduction in the bill for crappy work), refusing to take responsibility for anything or take any money off the bill.

Mumby's did a basement for us and we were very pleased. Such hard workers they were. This week workers were working on sanding the garage floor to put down epoxy, and they said it was one of the nicest jobs they had ever seen on a garage floor.

Worst customer service EVER! We hired Estes Excavation and…read moreDrain to do the inspections on the well and septic of the house we were purchasing. We aren't sure they ever did an inspection on the well or the septic because we were supposed to receive the inspection reports for both services and we never received either one. We tried calling Estes but they never answer their phone. Our agent tried calling them but they never answered any of his calls either, nor did they ever call any of us back. They had no problems taking our money though. We paid for a home warranty when we purchased our home because there were things that didn't quite work right when we purchased the home. We found that almost all of the faucets leaked. When we contacted the home warranty company they told us they were sending out, you guessed it, Estes. They gave us a window of between 11:00 and 3:30. We waited that whole time for them to show up but they never did. We called the warranty company the next day to let them know Estes never showed up. We were told that Estes reported that they didn't find anything wrong with the system (plumbing fixtures). Well of course not, you'd actually have to show up to find something wrong with the system. So the warranty company told us they would, again, be scheduling for someone to come out to address the issues we were having. Lo and behold Estes took that call and have us the same window. And again they never showed up and didn't call to let us know what was going on. This time we called the warranty company asking them to contact Estes to confirm the appointment. However, Estes never answered the warranty company's call either. Then we called again after the service window letting the warranty company know that, once again, Estes never showed up nor did they call. In conclusion we wouldn't refer anyone to.this company to do any kind of work because they don't show up and they don't answer your call yet they don't have any trouble taking your money.

They were able to repair it without digging up the yard with there trenchless tools. Very cool and they cost was surprisingly within budget. They offer financing to help cover any costs.

March 1 of this year this company came clear up on my property without asking to install a…read moreneighbors sewer line via boring underground! I got ahold of Mr Fesler and was assured he would put my yard back to my satisfaction. he has never called written or contacted me in anyway. I have been contacting the city of Anderson of the problem. Finally, today I come home to a mess of straw in my side yard that appears to have seeds with many more tractor tracks in the part that wasn't damaged before along with large rocks all through the strawed part. I informed the city/county drainage offices. I cannot mow rocks and ruts! I am a 65 year old man that I believe am taken advantage of. By the way. The mud that has been washing through my yard all spring and has clogged an underground drain. (drainage office has no record of the drain) it's formed a sink hole in my yard. I was told I couldn't fill in the sink hole of the undocumented drain! as it carry's the water from the entire back side of the neighborhood! Yet Feslers can throw gravel mud pieces of the street in the drainage ditch that feeds it!
