I have never left empty handed, always end up buying stuff at each trip. At this store not only do they have a vast variety of products but their customer is the BEST. I have mainly worked with Justin. He goes above and beyond to help you find the right product and right deal. He is great at follow-thru and reaching out to his customers. If you are looking for old school mentality (customer first) with great customer service, he is the guy! He takes his time explaining any product and is very knowledgeable with Le Creuset products. He never makes you feel rushed to make a decision and has also stayed after hrs to help me with my purchases. The one at my work was so old and literally snapped in half..and it was beyond awful to have to use a hand cranking one when trying to open large cans all day. I went online and saw that they offered the one I was looking for at a pretty reasonable price. I headed out to the store on a random weekday afternoon. The place was a bit tricky to get to..it's off an exit, but then you have to go down kind of a little side road that, at one point, turns into a single lane road. A little annoying but not a big deal. The place wasn't busy when I arrived, one of the associates there immediately came up to me and asked what I needed help finding. I showed her the picture I had screenshot from the website of the can opener, and she knew exactly what it was and took me right to it. The price listed for the item was about $20 more than was listed online. I pointed this out to the associate, and she said that they would gladly price match the online price..so that was cool. We went to the registers, she rung me out after adjusting the price, and I was on my way. In and out in less than five minutes. So yeah, totally easy transaction, extremely helpful employee, and a vast inventory of all the restaurant style industrial items you could think of..at very reasonable prices. I would highly recommend this place for these purposes and I will for sure be back in the future when the need arises.

And every single piece can be used in the microwave/dishwasher/oven. I love pretty things that you don't have to worry about ruining! This pottery is hearty and will last a long time, and the prices reflect that quality. For instance, the small quiche dish that I bought was around $35. But this truly is a piece of functional pottery that will last a lifetime, and can be passed on to others. Out of the Blue has been in Carmel about two years, and they typically have a booth at the Carmel Christkindlmarkt (although since the market won't be happening this year, they obviously won't be there).
