Alexis is amazing! I came in at closing and she stayed late to assist me in a very large 21 piece purchase! Seriously the best customer service! I will be returning and buying specifically with her. I didn't realize this was an outlet store. It may be a good idea to make the outlet sign larger to share your great deals! I'm so excited to use these products! Thank you!

I was greeted by a friendly clerk who showed me where to find the presses. The store is decorated for fall and Halloween. They have a lot of inspiration. I saw some gadgets that I needed. I was flabbergasted by all the fancy coffee makers. I can't imagine spending $5k on a coffee machine. I attended one of their cooking classes - Kung Pao Pork", today. Chef Barb was down-to-earth, informative and engaging. She taught us a new way to prepare rice. We watched her prepare the chicken and veggies and learned about a blended olive oil that they sell in the store. And the best part was we tasted the final product. The staff is friendly and helpful. During my visit, they were hosting a "bake sale" to raise money to fight hunger in children. I picked up a coffee cake to support the cause. I'll be a regular at the store. I love the high quality kitchen ware and the friendly staff.

Past times at the mall we were always acknowledged. Definitely disappointing but now I know we will spend our money elsewhere. We were planning on purchasing a knife set and a new pot but it definitely didn't feel good being in there after that. Would give it no stars but the display up front pictured here was one star worthy.

It's beautiful, it's oven safe, it's dishwasher safe, it's microwave safe, and ... have I mentioned that it's beautiful? Each and every piece is something that you'd want to use every day, but also use when you serve guests (and I can guarantee your guests will compliment you on your pottery). It's just lovely. I had a hard time picking out a piece to buy myself: At this store that's located in Carmel's City Center, there are platters, dishes, bakeware for muffins and loaves, pie plates, ornaments, tasting spoons and cups, mugs and more. And every single piece can be used in the microwave/dishwasher/oven. I love pretty things that you don't have to worry about ruining! This pottery is hearty and will last a long time, and the prices reflect that quality. For instance, the small quiche dish that I bought was around $35. But this truly is a piece of functional pottery that will last a lifetime, and can be passed on to others. Out of the Blue has been in Carmel about two years, and they typically have a booth at the Carmel Christkindlmarkt (although since the market won't be happening this year, they obviously won't be there). So this is the only store of its kind in Hamilton County. If you love beautiful pottery and baking/cooking in it, I suggest checking out this place.

The lines to checkout are usually crazy!! Today I had a rather frustrating experience. I bought diapers, which were posted to be $10 off online and in warehouse. After I left I realized that they did not charge the sale price. I called asking if I could drive back over to get a price adjustment and she said no that I need to return them and buy online. How frustrating they won't honor the flyer pricing.

The aisles are wide and the check out clerks are amazing at moving people through the lines. They have everything that you could ever want and a bit more than most Costcos. I saw an eye glass center that was featuring sunglasses. The clothing section was massive. I was nearby and stopped in to pick up wine and some trash bags. The wine selection is decent. And, of course, I grabbed a strawberry banana smoothie because it was hot outside. At $3, the smoothies are the best deal in town. The line to leave (check receipts) was long and slow. And of course the gas is always cheaper, usually by 20 cents or more. I can't say that the store is easy on and off the highway, because there's always construction nearby. The parking lot is a bit stressful walking through as people driving seem to be in a hurry and don't yield to pedestrians.

I paid $500 for a move in deep clean, meaning there was zero furniture, and the house was already relatively in good shape from the clean the previous owner had done a couple months prior, when listing. Should have been a very simple deep clean. My husband and I were at the house the day before and the day after the cleaning. It looked basically identical. No room in the house showed any evidence of cleaning. No traces of vacuuming or clean surfaces. Lots of dust particles, rogue hairs, food crumbs, footprints etc. that were all found immediately following the service and prior to our move in. When we raised our concern and tried to get a reclean or refund, the team was rude, dismissive and barely responsive. They offered no explanation or even rebuttal of our comment that "it looks like no one was here". One employee told me that, though they CAN offer recleans, she had spoke to the cleaner and she "refused to come back for a reclean". (No explanation there- felt so bizarre) Instead, they offered us a $100 refund, which felt like a slap in the face considering we paid half a grand for no difference in the house and no explanation as to why that was. My husband finally mentioned taking them to small claims court, and they conceded a $250 refund. We let it go at that point out of exhaustion honestly, but the whole process and the way it was handled by their team was bizarre and really unfortunate. Feeling very scammed.

Castleton didn't have it, but Alyson called another Home Depot - they had it and she had to put it behind the desk, so we could go pick it up. I had been to two other Home Depots whose employees didn't offer to do that, so I was especially impressed with that level of customer service. Also, the phone tree is very short and you can actually talk to a person very quickly. The people working at the front customer service desk are always very helpful too. Employees also seem to like to be there. That generally starts at the top, so it must be a well-managed location.
