There's accessible parking almost directly in front of it. The two-sided doorway is pretty manageable. There were some sports in the store where I struggled with access and others where I struggled because a wheelchair bump would mean I was buying a really expensive, fragile item I probably couldn't afford. Williams-Sonoma, if you don't know, sells kitchen wares and home furnishings. The emphasis is on high-end items. You won't find a Keurig here. You'll find a $2,995 Breville Oracle® Dual Boiler Espresso Machine, however, and other items that you just look at with bewilderment. Their big kick right now seems to be Stanley Tucci-branded items along with seasonal items. I will confess I lusted after some of the Halloween items. While I felt very welcome at West Elm, I will admit I felt a bit less welcome here other than one super helpful employee. I had another employee who seemed wary of me - I mean, come on, that's somewhat legit. I'm a frumpy wheelchair user with no sense of fashion and garage sale sensibilities. Can I shop at Williams-Sonoma? Sure. Maybe not everything, but shopping here's now out of the question. I can't deny, despite my obvious cynicism, that I actually liked this store and I liked it more than when it was at Fashion Mall. It feels a little more relaxed. It smells great. It looks good (the flooring could use some assistance). It has some seasonal items, candles, and small housewares I adored. Most of the employees were friendly if not exactly welcoming (except for Mr. Wary who, by the way, was less fashionable than I was. So there.). If you want to elevate your game, especially in the kitchen, this is a great place to start.

Delivery van was on time. Two men ( one guy and his teenage son ) brought the furniture in wrapped. They unwrapped it all put the legs on and placed them in the room where I wanted. They took away all the trash and left nothing behind. Took less then 30 min to set it up and they were gone. We had already moved our old furniture out to our garage as per instructions to have the space cleared. I gave away our old but still in decent shaped stuff on Buy Nothing. Had they gotten back with me quicker about the weight limits this would have been a 5 star review.

I had a hard time picking out a piece to buy myself: At this store that's located in Carmel's City Center, there are platters, dishes, bakeware for muffins and loaves, pie plates, ornaments, tasting spoons and cups, mugs and more. And every single piece can be used in the microwave/dishwasher/oven. I love pretty things that you don't have to worry about ruining! This pottery is hearty and will last a long time, and the prices reflect that quality. For instance, the small quiche dish that I bought was around $35. But this truly is a piece of functional pottery that will last a lifetime, and can be passed on to others. Out of the Blue has been in Carmel about two years, and they typically have a booth at the Carmel Christkindlmarkt (although since the market won't be happening this year, they obviously won't be there). So this is the only store of its kind in Hamilton County. If you love beautiful pottery and baking/cooking in it, I suggest checking out this place.

She also admitted that the system was having a glitch, so it was not my imagination. We also went to the food court, of course and the food was delicious. I'll be at not necessarily hot, but there is a microwave in the seating area where you can heat up your food. Also disappointing about the food area was that I didn't actively see anyone cleaning all the tables and chairs and on this particular day, an employee confirmed they had officially run out of napkins. The aisles are wide and the check out clerks are amazing at moving people through the lines. They have everything that you could ever want and a bit more than most Costcos. I saw an eye glass center that was featuring sunglasses. The clothing section was massive. I was nearby and stopped in to pick up wine and some trash bags. The wine selection is decent. And, of course, I grabbed a strawberry banana smoothie because it was hot outside. At $3, the smoothies are the best deal in town. The line to leave (check receipts) was long and slow. And of course the gas is always cheaper, usually by 20 cents or more. I can't say that the store is easy on and off the highway, because there's always construction nearby. The parking lot is a bit stressful walking through as people driving seem to be in a hurry and don't yield to pedestrians.

Castleton didn't have it, but Alyson called another Home Depot - they had it and she had to put it behind the desk, so we could go pick it up. I had been to two other Home Depots whose employees didn't offer to do that, so I was especially impressed with that level of customer service. Also, the phone tree is very short and you can actually talk to a person very quickly. The people working at the front customer service desk are always very helpful too. Employees also seem to like to be there. That generally starts at the top, so it must be a well-managed location.
