    PSA DO NOT…read morepurchase anything from Badcock Home Furniture &more! 1. My wife and I bought a couch, a loveseat, and a bunk bed from them in February. Both couches were installed incorrectly and 50% of the bunk bed screws were stripped. I scheduled two, not one, TWO separate repair visits and no one showed up or called. After numerous calls and visits with no luck, I called the customer line and was told we needed to have the couches inspected for repair before swapping them out. No shit. So, upon this third repair attempt, it was ultimately decided that the couches were beyond repair. NO WAY, RIGHT?! So approximately a week and a half later, we were contacted to come in and pick out a new couch for equal or greater value. We do this and have the delivery scheduled for the following weekend. That brings us to today. Delivery day. They not only forgot an armless chair but, a recliner as well. Let's not mention the couch was delivered with a tear in it. I know this tear is minuscule but, after all this bullshit, really?! 2. Before the story above, we sent my mom, Shelby Donnelly, to Badcock for a new washer/dryer. The sales staff were incredibly rude. My mom requested a mask be worn during discussions and the salesperson refused. You have a big ass sign in you door that says masks required. Y'all ain't special! Fast forward to delivery. They broke her wreath, didn't remove the plastic around the units, and refused to install the $250 steamer attachment. Apparently, these just weren't part of their job description. After numerous calls to the store with no answer, she wrote corporate a letter. They finally reached out and offered a $50 gift card, won't reimburse her for her wreath, and have not scheduled someone to install said steamer. What the hell is someone gonna do with a $50 gift card to a furniture store?! 3. Again, before story number 1, we sent my mother in law, Sherry Madures, to Badcock for new bedroom furniture and a couch. She paid for everything and scheduled a delivery. Couch came first, no issues. Next delivery up is the bedroom furniture. The day of delivery, THE DAY OF, she took her old furniture and removed it from her home for the new install. Badcock never called with a time. So, she called. They moved the delivery day a week out without telling her. She slept one week with no bed. All because someone was too damn lazy to pick up the phone and give her a call. Though this long post I've left out all the disrespect shown towards us and my mother. I could write a book on that. The employees are rude, arrogant, and blatantly don't give two shits about your needs. DO NOT purchase anything from this company. Their corporate office is no help to you either. Someone got paid off to give them 4.7/5 stars.

    I have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING remotely good to say about this location and their employees…read more SPECIFICALLY THE GEEK SQUAD!!!! I came in around 3 weeks ago with water damage to my computer i bought not even a month ago from best buy. I bought apple care immediately after purchasing my computer as I would for any other device. Apparently my apple care did not cover water damage or literally any bs these people were saying we're wrong with my computer. I went on the Apple website to see if I could just send it in because I do not like this best buy store, even before this happened. Anyways, there wasn't an option for me to send it over myself so I had to make an appointment with the Geek Squad at Best Buy. I go for my appointment and they tell me the Geek Squad person to help me is not there and I need to come back later. Okay already off to a bad start. I came back later the next day and they said they needed to run a diagnostic. The guy goes to the back to make sure everything is good to run the diagnostic and this guy comes out and says "we don't have any chargers I am going to need you to bring you're charger back tomorrow." Are you fucking kidding me.. You are a Best Buy store and you can't get a fucking computer charger??? A family member of mine went to go drop off the computer and charger and the guy opened the computer and it was magically working again. Great okay so they say that I should just come back if it stops working again because it's a long process to send it to apple. I get home, the computer isn't working. Wow everyone act surprised! I go back and then the guy proceeds to tell me that it isn't water damage and it was a problem with the operating system of my computer?? Who tf knows. I proceed to tell him I have never had anything wrong with the computer, it is 100% a water damage problem. 5 minutes later he opens my computer again and proceeds to say "It looks like someone deleted you're hard drive and Apple doesn't cover that." First of all, NO ONE deleted anything. This guy was deadass just lying to my face at this point. So I finally get them to run the diagnostic and they said they have to send it to Apple. Yea we already knew that. Okay perfect so now I will just be waiting for my computer to come back from Apple and be fixed. So obviously that didn't happen, I waited 3 weeks with absolutely NOTHING fixed. They said they called the number on the file (THAT WE SPECIFICALLY TOLD THEM NOT TO CALL BY THE WAY!) and they didn't even call the number on the file, OR the number we told them to call. We never got anything that said my computer was ready because these employees are absolute idiots. I go and pick it up just for them to say it doesn't work and they needed an extra payment to cover the apple care fee that apparently I don't have. They then proceeded to say they couldn't do anything about it because they couldn't get in contact with us. ARE YOU DUMB?. We gave them. not one BUT TWO different numbers to contact and their dumb ass couldn't even contact one?? These employees have NO idea what they are doing whatsoever. Not to mention, I had to pay over $200 just for them to do absolutely nothing. Those people working there currently need to get fired Immediately. specifically the man with the red long hair. He clearly had no fucking clue what he was talking about. I mean seriously.. where the hell are they getting these terrible employees???? DO NOT GO TO THIS BEST BUY IF YOU NEED TECH SUPPORT. They will take your money, give absolutely no help, and waste hours of your time. Literally go anywhere else but here, it's absolutely ridiculous how embarrassing these service was here.

    don't know the guys name but whoever works at the Apple repair counter needs to be fired. Came in…read moreon 7/4/25 needing my phone screen fixed, guy barely spoke a word to me, went to the back with my phone for a whole 2 minutes told me with my Apple Care it was gonna be $250 for my cracked screen to be fixed and the Face ID unit need to be replaced and there was water damaged. A cracked screen replacement is $30. Told me I would have better luck going to Raleigh. then when I sat to call the Raleigh store I was also gonna purchase an adapter and he pushed it off the counter. Told him I was gonna try my luck with Raleigh and he just said okay and walked away. Went to Raleigh and they said none of that was true and I paid $30 for the replacement. He is trying to scam young women because he thinks we don't know any better. NEVER go there. just go to Raleigh.
