If you value your time, money, home, and peace of mind, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. The work on our floors and dry wall required multiple return visits. After the second flooring visit, we told them the floor was still uneven and that the vinyl continued to pop up. On the third visit, a team member stepped on the area that was popping up and said, "There's nothing wrong!" After we insisted they open the floor, we discovered that cardboard packaging from the vinyl floor boards had been used underneath the floor to address the leveling issue... When we finally thought the flooring was finished, another problem surfaced. The trim at the top of our staircase that had been installed only about two weeks earlier came loose, and I fell down the stairs as a result. We then discovered that our replacement dry wall was visibly uneven and not flush with the existing wall. Even after their team came back to work on it, the transition was still not flush, if not worse! Regardless of whether subcontractors were involved, we hired Into The Woods to ensure the work was completed properly and ultimately hold them responsible. On top of having to repeatedly identify problems that should have been caught through proper supervision and quality control, the most frustrating part has been communicating with Into the Woods direct team members, especially their owner, Shamus. We constantly felt like our concerns were minimized and dismissed. Even if the work had been perfect, the interactions with the company throughout this entire process made us wish we never signed anything with them.

At this point, it's not even about the quote anymore it's about the lack of communication. If there were concerns about the project or it wasn't something you could take on, that should have been communicated clearly and professionally. Unfortunately, the silence comes across as unprofessional, and because of that, the quote is no longer needed. I wouldn't contact this business for any future need if I was you.

After I agreed on the price. I asked if he could have someone start soon. He did his best to fit me in the companies schedule sooner than later. During the day of the painting, Travis was not able to show up but he let me in good hands with his fore(woman) which is a person who is in charge of the project and the other two people that assisted her. I never had a women painter. I know women can do anything men can. She (They) did a great job. I'm very happy with the work they did and will recommend them to everyone. They painted 4 rooms total. Two guys in uniform in the truck early that made me happy. Determined, I not only had one bad breaker, but three, quite expensive, but needed to be done. We were selling our house and after the home inspection we were told to replace 4 outlets to current GFI. We had the outlets replaced by my brother in law (dude is knowledgeable). After verifying by the Electrical Pro turned out that my brother in law missed a small step, so they couldn't warranty work was done. Kudos to them and that was a fair statement. Using our new outlets and correcting the missing steps, work was done in about 2h and 15 minutes. Got charged $1000 bucks. I called a bunch of other places and price range was between $175-250 per hour, we got charged $500/h.

Antoine was quick to respond and was able to come out within a day or so of me asking for a quote…read more Antoine provided a quote that priced all the work separately, allowing us to choose the work scope that was within our budget. He was also flexible in additional requests we had along the way (like asking for a final glossy coat to finish the wood floors). I was originally going to replace carpet with LVP but found wood floors under the carpet! We chose to have the wood floors refinished and stained and they turned out fantastic! It looks like a completely new space. The job was scheduled within a few days and was completed on schedule. Included (for a fee) in the quote was assistance putting furniture back in the room which was helpful. I'd contact Antoine again for future flooring needs.
