Jason took the time to understand the issue, and while he wasn't a Ford expert, he suggested we meet so that he could take a look at the vehicle to determine whether he could repair the problem. Within 30 minutes of meeting, Jason had diagnosed the problem and figured out the solution. Within an hour of meeting, Jason had completed the alignment and had my truck rolling perfectly down the road!
