If only I had read the reviews before I entered into this nightmare of frustration. How could I…read morehave been so careless? Someone recommended this place- they must have hated me. Never under any circumstances leave a vehicle with them for any reason... if you ever want to get it back. They collected their insurance check from my insurance company 13 days ago, and they have continuously pushed me off day after day for 13 days now. If you take your vehicle to them before you have read their host of 1 star reviews, and are now reading them because the situation is getting bad- you are not alone. I may contact a news organization to get the word out on this place and maybe get some help. Stay Away Update: The above review was based on my frustration in getting my truck repaired. I made some assumptions that I want to own/correct. Plus, I want to also show my ridiculous amplification of the problem for all to see. I wrote the above review before I had time to use my brain. I am embarrassed by my inflammatory and exaggerated take on the situation. Assumption 1- they already cashed the check. They had not. I learned this right before I entered the office to retrieve my truck in whatever condition it was. After speaking with Mary who is their manager, I expressed my frustration in the calmest way I could muster. When I was finished, she invited me out to view the work that they had done on my truck. She explained how that they had made a mistake when putting the parts back together, and that they needed to paint it all over again. She agreed that they hadn't communicated very well and apologized for my frustration. She offered me a discounted price although it was appreciated it did not cover the cost of the rental car that I had to get because of how long it took them to fix my truck. My vehicle was as dirty as the day I dropped it off.. she said that they were intending to wash it so that it looked nice when I came to pick it up. It would've been nice but I can't really fault them for that because I did not expect it. They also tried to clean out the inside of my truck as well. While this is also an added bonus?, I would've much preferred to have my truck back sooner, but better communication and adhering to projected completion dates, would have gone away long way, in stress reduction. The workmanship appears to be quality. Not the best experience, but stuff happens sometimes. I hope the best for them. I am adjusting my 1 star review to a 3 star. They are a giant operation, I should expect better things from them. Might be another assumption. Sorry I wish I could leave a better review. I really do.

Customer service is horrible. No communication and they do only the bare minimum on repairsread more

I debated a long time before I decided to write this letter. On May 21, 2025 (Invoice # OC20113796…read moreRepair Order #13796) I decided to take my motor home to your shop on Reno avenue in Oklahoma City for a front end toe check/alignment. I arrived about 7:30 am as was previously discussed with the shop foreman. After stating that the coach pulled to the right and had a wear pattern on the right side outer rib on that tire. I asked for a toe check/alignment to be done on the coach. My coach was driven into the shop on what I thought was the alignment rack. Two techs got under it with a tape measure and did some measuring, one tech came over to me watching outside the shop door and told me "everything is in specs". I was a bit surprised by this as I thought FleetPride would certainly have an alignment machine like a Hunter Hawkeye or maybe a Beeline CC7500 to do class eight alignments, not just a three dollar tape measure, I have lots of those at home. I then went around into the office as I expected to be billed and sent on my way. After a long wait the shop foreman told me the tech had taken my steering wheel off because he thought it was crooked. I did not ask for my steering wheel to be straightened because it was straight when I brought the coach in for the toe check. After a long time had passed I got the bill, WOW. I think $331.66 is way to much for a toe check. I was told the problem was loose wheel bearings. I paid the bill and left the shop only to find that when I was going straight down the road my steering wheel was turned so far to the left I could not see the instrument panel gauges through the steering wheel spoke. I returned to the shop and asked that the steering wheel be returned to where it was when I arrived. The tech proceeded to correct the issue and told me he had to "modify a shop tool to get the steering wheel off" because he thought it was in the wrong position. I ask the question, if the steering wheel was that far to the right when the tech parked the coach on the rack how accurate were the toe measurements using just a tape? I also ask the question, was I paying the shops flat rate of $182 an hour for the tech to modify tools? Additionally I am a 100% disabled Veteran from the Vietnam War and as such I am sales tax exempt in Oklahoma. The shop foreman was kind enough to give me a bit of a break on the hourly rate and showed a credit for the sales tax, it was then added it back in on the totaling of the bill. The HAZ FEE I understand that it goes on all bills but the MACHINE charge is suspect as no machines ever touched the job, unless it was the one the tech used to modify the shop tool. When I got home I removed both front wheels and install my toe sticks, a simple piece of angle iron that is the same diameter the tires are. I measured, with a tape measure, and found I have 3/16th of an inch toe in which is an 1/8 inch to much. I then put the weight on the front axle and leveled the coach and remeasured, 3/16th of an inch toe in. I used a dial indicator on a magnetic base to measure the end play on the wheel bearings, the right side was .007", which is over the .001" to .005" allotted, and the left side was loose enough to not give a good measurement. The left outer cone and cup had lost enough hard-facing that they required replacement. After the bearings were replaced in the left wheel I set it up with .004" end play and the right wheel at .003" end play, both within specs. Now I did a toe check different than before. I painted the center rib of the tires with white paint then scribed a line in the middle by spinning the wheel and scribing a true line. I measured the toe and was surprised to still find 3/16 of an inch toe in. I adjusted it to the called for 1/16 inch and will test drive it soon and report in this letter. As you can see I am knowledgeable in repair of heavy equipment, that is one of my college degrees, and a field in which I earned a living. My spine is completely fused from my coccyx the top of my cervical save one cervical joint. That is why I elected to pay to have this work done by a shop and not do it myself. It did take me almost ten days to accomplish the work I did to correct what I paid FleetPride to do. I look forward to your reply in this matter. Glenn R. Wemmer

Expect to be taken advantage of ( an MHC corporate methodology ) if you are an owner operator…read moreeither buying selling or servicing your equipment, you will be referred to in house as a " walk in" and charged accordingly at maximum price level which at MHC anywhere in the country is particularly egregious. Your 2 year old KW Tractor(250,000 mi) festooned with three separate extended warranties KW Cummins after treatment totaling an additional equipment cost in excess of $11, 000 will be met with derision by their management even as their service writers inform you your warranties will be honored while the actual accounts of the service performed is meticulously engineered and misrepresented with alternative characterizations that (and refused to acknowledge the salient fact that the equipment failed to function as designed hence should be covered amidst copious email documentation and prior complaints)fall outside all warranty parameters, all with out notification of same,BTW KW corporate and local Cummins reps did little more than offer sympathetic lip service . Also if your company name is not the one that rhymes with "Baliburton" it will take five days with the preferred spot for you to park your trailer, a public street and your tractor worked on out side service bays because the infamous red oil field trucks number in the hundreds both in the service bays and the so called customer parking representing in my estimation 90% of all operations there. Suffice it to say if you fall into the other 10% expect to park your trailer sitting duck style on the street while you wait patiently for a lull in oil truck activity for your issue to be misdiagnosed and your wallet raped wrap around warranties not withstanding . Let me be clear this is not a " one off event" there is a demonstrable patten of behavior across all MHC dealerships of which I have first hand knowledge and borne out by the myriad complaints lodged against this company by owner operators over the years though it might appear that the malfeasance of other offices of MHC pale in comparison to this one . So expect to be lied to unreasonably delayed put in legal jeopardy ( public street parking) and ripped of having fixed nothing . Hope this helps
