This company is one of dishonesty and lies. I am Marine Corps Veteran and purple heart recipient. I…read morebelieve in trust and full transparency. I do not tolerate or accept dishonorable intentions, which is what this company conducted at the very get go. How it started: We reached out regarding a listing. Once we walked it (it was dirty, not clean even though PNW said a professional cleaner went in there, they hadn't). We decided to move forward and submit an application. After completion of the application, it wasn't until my fiance and I had paid the application fees, was that PNW and "the owner" required a lesser term agreement instead of the 12 month min that was in the listing. They did this, because they wanted charge us (or whoever rented the place) at a higher rate because they couldn't get what they wanted. We had to fight and claw with PNW to give us as long of a term as we got and the only reason they accepted was because of the legal parameters of posting a fraudulent ad and because we would be just having our newborn 1 month prior to term agreement ending. We have now finished the lease and moved out. PNW for some reason can't provide response to my questions regarding who there legal representation are along with how much of my deposit I will be getting back. We left the home in better shape than we received it. The belief is that there trying to steal has much of our money as possible. Again, trying to get my lawyer and there lawyer tagged up, but for some reason they don't want to provide who represents them. They seem to be very shady and dishonest. If you do business with this company, be extremely cautious. UPDATE as of 3:52PM 9/15/25 This company decided to take the time to reply to this comment with the same excuses they have provided me. Along with that, they took the time to reply to this comment instead of email me back. We have requested multiple times now (PNW already submitted there reimbursement report to there finance team) for the breakdown/finalized report of why we will get back what we will be getting when it comes to the deposit. For some reason, they have time to reply to reviews left for them, but can't bother to provide me there findings report. This is another example of them acting shady. Also, they stated they offered us 8 months. There listing was listed at 12 months. Again, it wasn't until AFTER we submitted applications that they decided to say they required a shorter lease. This is shady fraudulent business practice folks need to be made aware of.

I was confused about something and said it seemed counter productive, and because of that simple observation and stating it to her over a text; she decided to kick me out the following month. She gave me 2 months and refused to speak to me about anything at all. I had a housing voucher that I lost because of this situation. I had to give it up because no one would help me... not even the case manager at HASCO... It was so weird something was not right. I don't know what she said to potential landlords as I applied for several places in my budget, however I could not find a place to move...(I have average credit, no evictions, or damage to units in the past).... leaving me and my 2 autistic children 1 being non verbal with no choice but to move back in with my mom, and THANK GOD for her. Our experience here solidified my belief that real estate agents are no longer needed and we won't…read moreuse another one in the future. We paid the same fees as we would have with Redfin, but received an experience that was far worse. Our realtor listed our old home and purchased a new home with us. About midway through the process, I started referring to her as the "designated fee collector" in the transactions. To begin, she had no idea what the market was doing in our area. She told us to list the home for $20,000 below what our identical neighbors house had just sold for two weeks prior. We listed it for the amount we thought it could sell for and received a full price offer. She promised that a professional photographer would take pictures for the listing. When she posted it, it had cell phone pictures she had taken on a walkthrough with my wife before the house was cleaned or staged. I am not sure sure how many online buyers looked at those first photos but I was sure that was why it took longer to sell. When we complained, she hired a photographer to retake them, but our experience looking for a new home was the damage was done to the market in the first few days of the listing as people quickly de-selected the house from their search feeds. When we did receive an offer, it was one bumble after another. The agent clearly had zero negotiation training and after we made a counter offer, she sent us back an agreement saying they had accepted. When I looked at the agreement, they rejected our counter offer completely. Once we made it through the process, the deal fell apart a few weeks later because the purchaser had a lien from the federal government. I then found out that our agent had known this was a problem for several days but failed to mention it to us. We had set up early in the process to have a rent-back agreement with the new owners while our new home was being built. While in escrow, our agent called at three times and asked when we thought we would be out of the house because the purchasers wanted to know. I repeatedly asked why that was an issue since we had agreement allowing us to rent it back for up to a month? We later found out that our agent had told the new owners (according to them) that we would be out of the house the day our new home closed. The agent never went to any of the walkthroughs for our new home, gave us a referral to a mortgage company that was not competitive, and did not give any updates once the contracts were signed.

I have called multiple times over the past 28 years with complaints. Most recently I called regarding debris being shoved into the green barrier at the back of my property. I waited two months for help from this company to retrieve their garbage from my property. Then I found out that the debris was from their landscapers who found it easier to deposit stuff onto my property than to haul it away. Then I discovered that one of their rental units was fitted with downspouts running about 6 feet into my property rather than running along the building and away from my property. Cutting corners and shirking their responsibilities seems to be their mode of operation. It took me having an absolute fit with the owner of Delta to get their debris off my property. Devaron Roedel watched me do the work (I'm 62 and was 4 days out of surgery for cancer). They did reroute the downspout the next day but it should have never been on my property in the first place. If you are a renter, I would highly suggest you steer clear of this irresponsible company, they don't care and most certainly give you the run around if you need their help.
