They entered up saying there was an electrical issue. They had to build a box for the wiring. Okay, I'm good with that. Today after being overcharged for the work they did ( lack of a better term) we got the jeep back. They left the washer fluid tank out, they didn't put the dashboard back on! As of today, it has been in service continuously since February 9. Instead of prioritizing a resolution, this dealership seems more focused on sales than on taking care of customers after the contract is signed. We have been driving a loaner vehicle while our truck sits in service, and today a manager and another employee showed up at my medical appointment demanding the loaner back due to what they said was an error in the original contract paperwork. Showing up at a customer's doctor's appointment is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. The lack of accountability and customer care throughout this entire process has been extremely disappointing. If you are considering purchasing a vehicle here, I strongly encourage you to think carefully. Customer service does not end once the sale is complete -- and unfortunately, that has not been our experience.

Great customer service and they go out of their way to help you. Much appreciated! Now, I had just had my auto's oil changed and hoses checked, etc. My automobile's check engine light goes on! I take to it to Auto Zone, and they tell me not to purchase a part yet, but to take it back and have the guys recheck the hoses, etc. The guys who did the oil change weren't to exited to double check, but they did. And there was one hose that had a split down the center! They fixed this, for free, and I was on my way with my check engine line now off! Auto Zone saved me from purchasing a part that I didn't need! Way to go, Auto Zone! Knowledgeable employees that are here to help! Extremely appreciated, guys!
