Something always went wrong and I had to get a corrective cut. I also notice a lot of staff turnover, and it feels understaffed. Stylists would come and go, and I have to re-describe what I want to achieve. The new stylists always felt very amature - maybe okay for fades or basic cuts, but folks with longer hair desiring Layered Flow cuts will be dissapointed. As such, I canceled my membership a few months back, switched to a new salon that is delivering consistent results and listening to my needs, and will not be back to Boardroom.
