Probably THE worst haircut of my entire life. I went in with shoulder length, wavy/curly hair and left with a short fuzzy ball on top of my head. Stylist did not discuss this drastic cut with me and I completely hate the result. Would never recommend and will never be going back. Again, worst haircut ever. And owner seems to think he's funny after replying like a jackass to my complaint. The stylist absolutely did not advise against cutting more. I specifically said I want to keep the length and that's when she went overboard. I've looked at your other responses to bad reviews and you're obviously an a**hole. The bare minimum is to discount/comp a service gone poorly. One of the best haircuts I've gotten. Zayra is the stylist that I saw and her work was spot on! I showed her some pics of my old haircuts and she nailed it. Fade was on point and she even cleaned up my neckline etc so I am definitely satisfied with my experience. I am very particular and won't sit in just anyone's chair. Zayra is my new go to. My appointment was canceled for being 15 mins late due to unforeseen traffic (accident). Upon arrival I was told my reservation was canceled automatically by the system. I understand this is my fault and other appointments are scheduled, however I believe I should of still been accommodated. The times I have been on time and have to wait 15-20 mins to be seated I have not complained once. Highly recommend this place! I have been to many barbers in three different cities, and I have to say that this has to be one of in not my favorite places to get a haircut. I've been to places where it feels impersonal, and the barber is just hurrying up to get to the next client leaving me with a subpar haircut. Alex has done the best fade I've ever had. I've gone to many places over the years around Houston and used to just settle with whatever I could get. Franco recently opened this barbershop in the Greater Heights and it couldn't have come at a better time as people on the north side of town didn't have a reliable barbershop nearby. This cut shop has very knowledgeable barbers who enjoy using scissors more than electric clippers (a big deal for me). Most importantly, the prices are extremely reasonable for being a boutique shop (I'm used to men's cuts in town START at 45-50 bucks).
