My nails always look amazing too -- and I can be very picky! I'm also pretty indecisive when it comes to choosing designs, but Susana is always patient and helps me pick styles that fit me perfectly. During my appointment, I shared the disappointing experience I had at Great Clips the previous week. LeeAnn was empathetic and made sure I left completely satisfied with my haircut. While Supercuts is a little more expensive than Great Clips, I'd much rather pay the extra cost to know my concerns are heard and my haircut is done right. I've been to many Great Clips locations in several cities over the years and have never had such a disappointing experience as I did at the Fernley location. I contacted Great Clips' customer service, and they told me I would hear back from the local salon. Unfortunately, it's been over a week, and I've yet to receive a response.
