They have a wide range of sizes and beautiful styles of clothing. They offer unique gifts and their prices are in an affordable range. Terrible. First and last time I'm going here. Went yesterday for a pedicure because they were having a Halloween special of 20% off services. I mentioned the ad that i saw on FB. Made an appointment with Lindsey. Young and very pleasant. I was there for about an 1 1/2 hr, which wasn't too bad. When she started putting the gel polish on I could tell the polish was old as it was coming out clumpy. She didn't bother to thin in out, so now I have clumps on my toes. She also got polish all over my skin surrounding each and every nail bed. EVERY NAIL BED!!! How can anybody say they're finished and not notice their atrocious work is beyond me. All my nails are uneven to top it off. I'll have to make another appointment to fix this piece of work and it won't be here for sure. Also maybe it was the owner but she refused to give me the promised discount until I told her that I did mention the ad when I made the appointment. She had the nerve to tell me I was supposed to mention the ad after the service even though it doesn't mention that specifically on the ad. But to her credit she did give me a $9.00 credit to be used in her store. I'm not sure if the credit can be used in the store or on services. If services then I guess I'll have to say goodbye to my $9.00! read more

My nail tech was super nice. I can't remember her name. She was talkative to where it wasn't awkward but not too much to where it wasn't relaxing. She did a great job and the front desk woman was very nice too and super welcoming. I was brought a mimosa and it was just the right of bubbly. I will be coming back again! The only reason I deducted some stars is because the seat was probably the most uncomfortable seat in the world haha. I know that's not their fault though. And I wish they offered different packages so you could choose from a range of different types of pedis but it is Fernley after all. I'd definitely come back! read more

Got a great deep tissue massage from Mikey. He genuinely wants to help with your muscle and posture issues. After one of his massages you can already feel and see the difference. I usually request for a stronger level of deep tissue than most and he can do that with excellent technique. I highly recommend him. read more

Ladies it looks great from the street, right. I walk in with my Fiance who wanted to purchase the "Works" for me. She looked at us like she needed more specifics, mmmm. She handed us a pamphlet informing us of the spa packages available, and then said " We are taking appointments for next month" ! Okay I was excepting 2-3 days, come on were in Fernley! I heard 2 voices in the entire salon, and there were no other employees at their stations. If the staff dosen't want to be there then why would I invest in it. They just lost a $175,00 from us. read more

I received a gift certificate here for my birthday and went in and got my hair cut. I liked the decor and the stylists were nice and knowledgeable. I only gave 3 stars because I have not tried their tanning or pedicures....yet! ** I have had a couple of pedi's here. the first girl who did it in December I didn't really care for. She was a little abrasive and she used cheap polish. second time was just recently , back in may. The lady did a nice job n my toes, but again I noticed that the polish was chipping almost immediately. hmmm.... I have had my hair done here once since the first time and overall I was satisfied. A little pricey, but thats what I expect when I go there. **I also had a spray tan done here. The first time it didn't take and I called the owner. She was great, told me to come right back in and she would re-spray me. She used a different kind of spray this time and it took just fine. She even offered for me to come back the next morning to get my feet re-sprayed if I needed it. Great service as far as that goes. Im leaving the e-sun at 3 stars. This is a nice place to get your hair done or a spray tan, but for nails I would probably go somewhere else. **May 2009 - Bought a tanning membership and it's alright. The beds get REALLY hot if you go later in the day, so I would tan early. Considering this is the only place to tan in town it's okay. The high pressure bed is nice. But you have to purchase the pricey membership, and they wont let you exchange extra minutes for a high level tan. which overall is not worth it in my opinion. I'd probably tan somewhere else if Fernley had better places to tan. read more

I live in Sacramento and I went to get my eyebrows waxed and ask about their tanning services. The chick was kinda rude and didn't really know any of the prices or anything. I asked how much it was a month for a tanning membership. 85$ ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!! That's outrageous, I understand that this is the only place to in Fernley but my gosh. I pay 20$ a month for unlimited in Sac. She told me I could pay minutes and that for 120$, I could receive 300 minutes. She said that was a better deal. But, if you do the math and I did, that is only 15 days of tanning for 20 mins a day...Given I do not normally tan 7 days a week but still. That's not even close to be a better deal for almost twice the amount of money. Ridiculous!!!! Anyways, I decidied to make an appointment to get my eyebrows waxed...She said let me see if she is available today. (Like that girl was the only one who did waxing today.) She had something at 3:30 which was okay. So I was running a couple minutes late (about 10 mins) because I had to deal with a situation at the school really quickly. So I called and just said I would be there in about 5 mins. The lady on the phone (probably the same one that I spoke with in the store) said let me see if she can still do. About 2 mins later, I was already half way there she goes will her other appointment is already here so she isn't gonna be able to see you today. First off, who schedules eyebrows appointments in 15 mintues time blocks...I like my people to take their time with my face and second, the lady on the phone should have asked if I could come later because she asked who I was seeing today. Which I didn't know because she didn't tell me. Anyways, I will not be going there to get any services done while I am visiting some friends here, I'd rather drive to Reno, which I am doing tomorrow. If the owner needs to work on customer service with her employees if she wants to continue her business.. Oh yeah and check her prices. WWAAAYYY to high! read more
