Have been going to her for several years and have been very satisfied. She listens to what you want and does not upcharge like so many in the area do. The owner is very nice to. I tried to make another appointment with the same stylist, but was sad to find out she no longer works there. That said, my most recent visit ruined it for me. I made an appointment online a week out, for a new stylist. I went to the appointment and the hair stylist, Nicole P, never showed up. They had me wait for 30 minutes, and at the end said she's not coming. The salon gave me a 20% off coupon and a bunch of apologies. Never had this happen to me before, so I'm not sure what the protocol would have been. But no attempt was made to call someone else in to take her spot. Since this is a business instead of a private hair stylist renting a spot, I would have thought some attempt would have been made to honor the appointment.
