The lady who did mine spent about 10 minutes trying (very poorly) to fade one side and 2 or 3 on the other side, which was left half done. The back, she really didn't cut, except for a fully harsh and uneven strip along my neck. Of course, they don't offer a mirror to allow you to check the back because they know it's awful. I had to come back after I went to my car and saw how much she missed. Even after she "fixed" it, it was still so horrible that I had to get a proper haircut, elsewhere, a couple of days later. Total waste of money. Should have gone to my usual place from the start, but was in the neighborhood and thought I'd give this place a shot. Now I know. 100% not worth $16 plus tip.

Easy to find, and there was plenty of parking available. I had my appointment with Ariee, and she was amazing! She walked through all the steps of what she was applying to my face and what she was doing while I had my eyes closed. I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole process. I made an appointment online a week out, for a new stylist. I went to the appointment and the hair stylist, Nicole P, never showed up. They had me wait for 30 minutes, and at the end said she's not coming. The salon gave me a 20% off coupon and a bunch of apologies. Never had this happen to me before, so I'm not sure what the protocol would have been. But no attempt was made to call someone else in to take her spot. Since this is a business instead of a private hair stylist renting a spot, I would have thought some attempt would have been made to honor the appointment.

Immediately upon entering he was met with an outstretched arm in a definite Stop! motion and asked "what do you want?!" She subsequently informed him he would Not be seen without an appointment, and followed him out to make an exaggerated production of spraying and wiping down the door where he had touched it, inside and out, making sure he was watching her.
