I placed an order for a larger arrangement for a friend with a recent loss in the family. Bill promised me a good sized pastel arrangement. He said he understood the occasion and would take care of delivering something nice. We discussed the color scheme and flowers he would use. My friend received a small bright and colorful arrangement with nothing we had discussed for flowers. I was charged $140 for the arrangement and the arrangement was worth $50-60 per my florist friends. I called back the following day and there was no answer so kept calling until I reached Bill. This shop is not open on the weekends and closed early on Friday so I was not able to get a hold of anyone until the following Monday. Bill offered to credit me back $60 which I appreciate given that the arrangement was not worth what I paid for.

She was very helpful and guided me in the right direction when I needed to order condolence flowers. I prefer bouquets in a vase and she says I could look on her website and pick something or she suggested a few arrangements since I was looking for flowers that would last a little longer. Price was very reasonable. I also spoke with Amy who took all my information and was very nice. They were kind enough to send me a picture of the finished bouquet and it was gorgeous. As he said the earliest they can deliver is tomorrow. I explained the situation and asked is there anyway you can deliver today? He then said "Yes of course. Just find what you like and let us know." I honestly thought it would be just a single rose, but when I came back, they surprised me with a large, gorgeous pink rose, along with baby's breath and rose foliage, and all wrapped so nicely.
