The reason I first came here was because I wanted a second opinion after another dentist tried to charge me an arm and a leg for something I didn't think I needed. Sure enough, coming here confirmed I was right! This place is honest, trustworthy and truly puts patients first. I fell in love after my very first visit! Every dental hygienist I've had here has been awesome, but my favorite is Brittany! She's hands down the friendliest person in the world. I love how she remembers the little things about me, even though I only see her twice a year! The office is super clean and so brand spanking new looking. I had the first appointment for the day and I was early so I didn't wait long. I was also able to download all new patient forms online and print from home so that was completed before I stepped foot into the office. This is the most convenient thing ever. Every single staff member I encountered at this office was incredible. Everyone was friendly and in a very genuine way. Yunoka was my dental assistant and she took all my necessary x-rays. She took about 20 x-rays, no joke. Lol. But she was so informative and explained everything in a very friendly manner. I loved talking to her. After my x-rays were done, I didn't even have to move out of the room. Stayed in the same chair for my cleaning too. She handed me over to Maria who did my deep cleaning. Maria was attentive and kind. She did an awesome job on my cleaning. Dr. Ribeiro came in to do the final inspection once my cleaning was complete. Nice dentist and very gentle. Apparently there were some issues with my insurance so the Office Manager, Michael discussed this matter with me and we got it handled after I called my insurance company. The thing I disliked most about going to the dentist has always been trying to get me numb. First, I hated getting the needle in my gums and secondly I hated the fact that previous dentists caused me pain. Doctor Sharon Pearson is absolutely a skilled medical professional and between the office staff and the doctor herself I felt immediately at ease with my decision to try this dentist's office that I happened upon while having a haircut next door. The work that Dr. Pearson had to do was extensive and took quite a few months to complete, but I never feared going to the office for my appointments. The price was fair and manageable and the work was impeccable. Now let me get back to my opening line stating that it's the little things that make the biggest difference. Dr. Pearson uses a little vibrating gizmo on your gums prior to introducing the needle into the gums. I don't know if it's just that the vibration distracts the mind from the pain of the injection, but whatever it is it works! Had it done elsewhere with no complications or any antibiotics needed.Money, Money, Money is all they were interested in.To top that off they conveniently stop taking my coverage right after that.Incompetent Dentist.Staff was friendly but Dr Street seen dollar signs and does not know how to do a Root Canal as stated by a dentist that did do it without complications!
