My partner and I visited this restaurant on a whim after running a few errands at the mall. The service was fantastic and we also happened to get the Happy Hour which gave us $3 off of the dumplings and $4 off of the pizzas. We sat at the bar and were greeted immediately. My favorite item was the edamame dumplings. So unique and delicious. The sauce it comes in and the chili garlic sauce on the side was 10/10 soo good. We also tried the Korean glass noodle bowl with blackened chicken. Very delicious! The bar and restaurant ambiance overall was very relaxed and cozy. The bar had the FIFA World Cup playing and the staff were all friendly and accommodating. Their drinks are also amazing and they don't carry sodas, but have fresh pressed juices with sparkling water that truly do the job. I wasn't very impressed with the food. The portions were surprisingly small for the price, and everything was pretty mediocre. Most of the dishes felt underseasoned and overall just underwhelming. I did the lunch special the true trio with a non alcoholic spritzer, a pairing and a main. I chose the pomegranate spritzer, muted taste profile. Could have used some zing. Recently, relocated back to Georgia to be nearer to my parents as I am an only child, and they are both getting up there in age at 75 and 84. He put it in a big plastic zip box and got on a scooter. Long story short, the place wasn't packed. A few patrons filing in. The weather was nice. I saw the host moving around a lot chatting with another employee about open umbrellas or something... I assumed it was something for outdoor dining maybe. The wait wasn't too long. When my order came, everything was in the bag including the side of veganaise I requested. The only problem is once we got home and situated to enjoy our food....my burger was darn near raw!!! Not rare but raw. Nothing to be done but cook it. We live 39 miles south of TF way down in Newnan. We did call and speak with a manager. Additionally, we got a turkey burger, 2 different salads, Brussels, Cauliflower, mushroom pizza and a few other items veggies, dip, grilled chicken side for my carnivore other half. My husband went here with some coworkers a few weeks ago so he wanted me to check it out too. Big size restaurant with inside & outside dining. We came around lunch time but we were still seated right away and the service was fast. We both ordered from the True Trio lunch menu that comes with a drink, main dish & a pairing which is a soup or salad for $19.50 which most of the meals outside of this lunch menu was $19 or more so made sense to order from this Trio menu with the drink & pairing included. I got the Mediterranean wrap + seasonal market salad. The salad was good but the wrap was very messy to eat. It could be due to too much sauce in the wrap or simply due to the way the sandwich is wrapped: it was kept open at the bottom. Picture attached. Came here for mother's Day with the party at five. We started off with the lemon blueberry muffins. They were extremely delicious and loved how strong the lemon flavor was! For my entrée, I got the burger with mushrooms and onion and instead of a side salad I got the mashed potatoes. The food came out relatively quick and was pretty good, though the mashed potatoes were cold and I really wasn't expecting them to be so chunky. I haven't been here in a while. I was shocked to see how much trash was outside (on the patio-- near my table, under the tables, and around other tables...on the floor.) The hostess did not seem to care about the trash, my waiter did not seem to care, and I never saw a manager for the duration of my lunch. Lots of employees were talking to other employees but no one cared about the trash on the patio. I ended up getting a refresher, which was just okay due the fact that it tasted watered down. My entrée was okay as well. It was not great, not fantastic, and not worth coming back for. If you have the ability to cook, you may be disappointed. For a chain targeted at serving healthy, tasty food, the Buckhead (Atlanta) location gave a solid performance. I love lasagna, but at restaurants the only choice is usually meat (pork or beef) or vegetarian. Here the bolognese sauce is made with organic turkey sausage. Also included was some organic spinach, along with the traditional ricotta and mozzarella cheeses. The portion size was just the right amount to be filling without feeling weighted down by pasta. The top had parts that were browned nicely and crispy. Drizzled along the sides was pistachio pesto. The lasagna itself was great as it was, but mixing in some of the pesto with each bite really added another special touch. The butternut squash pizza was good, but not great. The crust was uneven in terms of consistency so some bites were better than others. The lemon almond ricotta was good, but when you add in the onions, organic kale and raisins, the combination just didn't seem to work together as well as expected. Beer selection is very limited. They seem to favor wines and cocktails. Service was good. Decor is quite nice. We'll go back to this chain again when we are somewhere where they have a restaurant location just to try some other things and because it is sometimes hard to get good healthy food in chain restaurants. read more

I think we had 1.5 of them and saved the rest for later. I had the Rancher's hash with over easy eggs (I was not doing the recommended sunny side), roasted sweet potatoes, roasted red peppers, lots of grass-fed steak, white cheddar, avocado, cherry tomatoes, charred onions, charred scallion salsa, and sourdough toast. It tasted really sweet to me at first, but then I realized I was having sweet potatoes. No wonder. But really, there was a lot of meat in it and it was cooked to a perfect medium rare. And thick sourdough always helps for dipping any remaining sauce at the bottom of the bowl. Mom had the chicken parmesan: air-fried chicken breast, fresh mozzarella, organic DiNapoli tomato sauce over spaghetti squash. That sauce was amazing, light and flavorful. Definite recommend on that. For a drink, I had one of their refreshers but the beet overwhelmed everything else in it, or maybe I'm just sensitive to beets. Server was very friendly and did a good job checking on us. OMG where do I even begin with True Food Kitchen and the absolute legend*that is Darren, our server?! Let me tell you, Darren is BEYOND AMAZING and totally AWESOMESAUCE!! The first time we met Darren was about a week ago, and from the moment he introduced himself, his vibrant personality and customer service skills shined. For starters, we kicked things off with some of my all-time faves--the Roasted Butternut Squash Soup, Charred Cauliflower, and the Mediterranean Hummus--all from their amazing fall menu, which I live for! Then came the entrees: I wanted to try the new Chicken Parmesan, but sadly they were out. But never fear, Darren came through with another fantastic recommendation--the Original Chicken Sandwich, which was DELISH! We started with the Butternut Squash Soup (Mom got a bowl this time, lol), and the Charred Cauliflower because, duh, it's a fave. For dinner, Mom went with the Turkey Burger and Sweet Potato Hash--another solid go-to. But I was feeling adventurous and wanted to try something new. Darren recommended the Grass-Fed Steak Tenderloin, and OMG, when I tell you it was bussin', it was BUUSSIN'!!! Like, melt-in-your-mouth good. For drinks, we did the Spicy Pineapple Margarita and the El Pomelo Margarita, both delish. And of course, dessert was Squash Pie and cappuccinos to top off the meal. Visited on a Saturday afternoon around 1:30 and it wasn't crowded so we were quickly seated. We chose to sit indoors, though there is lovely outdoor patio seating, and bar seating options. Our 8-year old preferred the cheese pizza which she thoroughly enjoyed, and it is pretty large size for a child. I preferred the Thai Peanut Noodle Bowl with shrimp added and my partner ordered the Grain Bowl with Salmon added. Honestly the buffalo chicken ranch salad was one of the best lunches I've had. The air fried chicken is somehow also gluten free (?!), so crispy but also was not dry at all. Lettuce and veggies were fresh and crispy. Avocado was perfectly ripe. My sister had the avocado toast which was on thick sourdough bread with a jammy egg. Would definitely order again. "Perfect amount of chili oil and spice, bread was fresh." She also had the brown sugar ice shaken espresso, which was notably better than its Starbucks counterpart. Also, not pictured b/c I ate it so fast, was the flourless chocolate cake with vegan ice cream. It was INCREDIBLE - so warm and gooey (which is hard to achieve with flourless cake!) and there was caramel on the bottom. I am a HUGE fan of True Food Kitchen and this location did not disappoint, especially because of the most amazing, caring, funny and attentive, waiter ever! His name was Terrell (sp?) and he made our meal so memorable that my coworkers and I almost forgot we were on a work trip.
