They are so professional and knowledgeable all times and just have beautiful heart and soul (beautiful and amazing inside out) . I'm a biggest fan of them and I have no doubt they have other fans as well. They will take a good care of you every time you come in and you feel so safe, refreshed, positive and strong every time you come here. Treatments they offer are effective especially upon completing several sessions they recommend depending on their assessment of your body type and structure/fat distribution of your body etc etc. Francesca basically runs this place and she will answer any questions you may have regarding the treatment you interested in. Oh wow, no wonder this place already has one star only. The treatments are excessively priced with no clear explanation on sessions vs. individual areas. Price per session means per area apparently and it's not explained during consultation. They will ask you if you want to do other areas and there goes your 6 sessions over just a couple of visits! But what got me irritated was the obscure appointment scheduling time where they have people closely booked immediately after another. And they don't confirm your treatments prior to your appointment. What's disturbing was that they talk about you (on purpose!) when you can hear them in the next room with another patient laughing and judging! I won't be returning for sure! read more

SCAM SCAM SCAM! This place is a total scam. It's taken me a long time to write this because I don't like writing Yelp reviews and the content of this is personal to me. Over a year ago I'd gone thru a hard time personally and was wanting to get in better shape. This place totally ripped me off for $4000 and refused to give me any refund. They convinced me that a full body emsculpt package would yield results. I finished their entire package with ZERO results. They offered to continue treating me but I realized their entire process is a sham and would waste more of my time. Plus I was moving out of the area . I asked for even a partial refund and they refused. Why would I continue to use their bs machines when they don't even explain it in a way that makes any sense scientifically? They take photos from random angles and depths thus creating no way to actually track progress (because there isnt any) Their techs spew bs info that isn't backed by any science. They kept saying I'd suddenly see muscle tone 4-6 weeks AFTER treatment which literally isn't how muscle is created. It's no wonder they have no reviews. They probably pay to get them removed. I'm planning to report them to better business bureau. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS. Over a year later I still wake up sick thinking I lost this much money on a TOTAL SCAM. read more
