WEAPONRY is spelled as WEPONRY, and WONDERFULLY is spelled as WONDFULLY. Those are forever ya'll. I was okay with the design but the artist took nearly 4 hours to complete the work in a small 3"x 3" area on my inner wrist. The area was over worked and in days infected to the point I had to go to the ER. They diagnosed it as localized cellulitis and I ended up on an antibiotic for 2 weeks. The tattoo healed on the surface but just looks like a smear of a tattoo 2 months later. I contacted the owner who seemed disinterested and never followed up to see how it healed.

I attempt to allay his fears by noting that I have done many of my own piercings but this one is in a difficult area (Lower back). I offer to pay a handsome premium for ONE piercing. I offered $200 (normally 50-80 dependent on where you go and placement) Instead of accommodating a client (who has done many of their own piercings with no complications, and I DID explain this) the piercer chose the immature reaction and *hung up* on a potential client. *** Your mileage may vary but I would be wary of a piercer that gets emotive enough to just hang up with zero warning. *** Bad business practices. Poor customer service. It is not surprising that the vast majority of businesses in this line of service do not last and eventually close. The one star was well earned.

The shop is clean, organized, and it is very apparent that cleanliness is a top priority. All needles are new and removed from their sealed package right in front of the client. On top of this, Bob is a genuinely good person. He always asks about my wife and kids, motorcycle, etc... You can tell he actually cares about his clients. Go give Bob a chance at your next tattoo. You will not regret it. One note: There is no doubt in my mind that the negative review here was left by someone who has some personality issues of their own...
