I was lying in bed Saturday past midnight, literally sweating from the heat trying to research HVAC companies online. I entered our information into Home Advisor and Naninos came up. I clicked to request an appointment. Within 15 minutes the owner Dell called me. Yes, even at that time 1215am. Dell agreed to come over the next day and was extremely helpful with his recommendations. Also, on his website he offered to beat any other written offer and he was true to his word. Within four days we had saved thousands of dollars and had a full AC unit installed! The best part was that Dell installed everything himself with his support staff. The whole experience with Dell has been fantastic. From start to finish he was been extremely responsive and helpful. I can't see how you can get better value or service. I feel he truly wanted to earn our business. I said to my wife, if he's responsive enough to call me back at 1215am just to set an appointment, we know he's going to be available if anything ever goes wrong. We are going to recommend and refer Naninos to everyone we know.

By Saturday afternoon, the furnace was fixed and all was well. Matthew provided concerns about the almost-20-year-old furnace, and made sure I wanted to pay for the quick fix that Saturday, knowing I'd have to replace additional, larger parts sooner than later.
