He spoke with my husband for about 15-20 minutes and agreed that he needed an antibiotic along with some over-the-counter medications to alleviate his symptoms. We were staying at the Bellagio, and Dr. Lissau knew the contact number for the Walgreens across the street, so he called in a prescription for us. We were charged $210, which was money well spent. For the amount being charged, I expected much better communication and follow-through. This lack of organization and responsiveness is unacceptable, especially when it comes to important health matters. A good doctor alone is not enough when the office staff fails to support patients properly. I hope they improve their processes, because patients should not have to chase down essential information after paying so much out of pocket.
