He was very helpful and understood our urgency to get someone out to look and to fix the problem. They met me the next day at the house. Quickly we came up with a plan and they were there the next day to start the work and finish up the following day. From start to finish the entire team were very professional, respected our home and were very thorough from the setup for fumigation to the clean up afterwards. The fans remained for about a week, and they came out to check in the drying progress regularly. They kept in touch via text (my request) to let me know when they were coming and what the status was - great communication! When the areas were dry, they made sure there was no mold or other damage.
