Trevor was very prompt in getting back to me with an initial quote for getting over to my house to diagnose the issue. Once there he immediately found the problem and gave me three differently-priced options for a repair -- ranging from must-have to not-urgent to nice-to-have. He and Daniel then proceeded to do a really great job with fixing the door, in my case by replacing the springs and the wheels on the sides of the door. Not only that but he then spontaneously decided to throw in straightening my on-wall opener control "because it was bothering him", and made a really good catch that the emergency pull rope was seriously frayed so he replaced that too for free. Incredible service! We have lived in our home going on 8 years now and have never had an issue with our garage door UNTIL Friday night. After getting the husband to check it out - he expressed "the spring is broke" We use our garage to enter /exit our home and has become somewhat of a headache using the front door. I asked for a quote and they provided one. They were available to come Sunday morning. They arrived around 11am and were done in about an hour. My door is older.
