Everyone was super friendly and helpful. There's a whole array of boxing gear some of which I was familiar with from prior experiences. We did a few circuit training workouts which was fun but tough especially as they did not have air conditioning on this particularly warm day. They have lockers where you can put your things in and if you don't have gloves or wraps they can provide them for you. First time is free, but I think they said it was 3$ for the gloves (for each use) and you have to the buy wraps. They don't have showers. The class consisted of going back and forth between HIIT strength training (using weights and sometimes your own body weight) and then going to the boxing bag. The coach instructs what kind of punch sequences are next under cool lights and awesome music. They also have a screen that shows what kind of punch you should be throwing at the moment (you have to follow certain sequences). That was really helpful in case you forget the order.
