It ended up being one of the best spontaneous decisions we've made in a while. From the moment we stepped in, the vibe was welcoming, upbeat, and full of personality. The shop itself is clean, well organized, and has that classic tattoo parlor energy without feeling intimidating. You can tell right away that the artists here take pride in both their craft and the experience they create for their clients. We were lucky enough to work with Homer, and he absolutely made the experience. He brought such a fun, lively spirit to the whole process and immediately made us feel comfortable. The conversation flowed easily, the energy was light, and he somehow balanced being entertaining while still being completely focused and professional with his work. Most importantly, his talent speaks for itself. The lines are crisp, the detail is clean, and you can tell he genuinely cares about the quality of what he puts on someone's skin. It's the kind of work that makes you already start thinking about what you might come back for next. What started as a spontaneous stop after brunch turned into a really memorable experience. Great energy, great artistry, and a genuinely fun environment. When he pierced my septum, it took about ten seconds long enough for him to say "oops" while the needle was still going through. That made me really uncomfortable. He didn't check my anatomy or even feel for my sweet spot he just clamped it and pushed the needle through. I'm honestly lucky my cartilage wasn't pierced, since he didn't check. From what I've learned, a septum piercing should never take that long, and the placement should always be checked first. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone please find a professional who takes the time to do it safely.

We went larger than I initially wanted due to some text being too small to read at the size I wanted and he charged me an extra $100 due to the larger size. The artist made a mistake and left out a letter where it was supposed to say "mighty" it now just says "might". When I initially reached out to see if he could fix it he said yes but when I reached out to try and set an appointment I got ghosted. On a tattoo I spent $500 on. I can't speak for the shop as a whole, it was actually quite nice but that artist definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. Maybe think twice before booking with snootie_tats.
